I actually liked the mixed there were actual fighting sections but it most definitely had plenty cutscenes but they were interactive and beyond beautiful
That Yasha fight was probably one of the best fights in the game story-wise, when you really think about it, he never wanted to go along with the other gods plan, he wanted to see his friend survive so he came & tested him before he fought the other gods because he knew if he couldn’t beat him it would’ve been over for Asura, such a great anime story I wanna see this remastered for ps5 or at least get a sequel!!

This game is literally the definition of allowing yourself to completely rage. The hype and the emotion is there 100% of the time, the experience, the game. Makes me want to release all of my rage and beyond.

If you like, here’s some tips to help you out with later stuff in the game and get better scores. -If Asura gets launched after getting attacked, you can press X to recover. Not only this makes you get up faster, but it also recovers damage that you have taken, which really comes in handy for later fights. This also makes it that you won’t die as easily, as the game keep tracks of how many retries you did on a level. -When the knockdown prompt appears, sometimes Asura can’t get there quickly enough to close the distance, so rather than running directly to the enemy, it’s better to jump towards them as it covers more ground. - Holding the O button allows you to perform a dash attack, which can launch enemies after they leave themselves opened. This makes it easier to juggle them with Asura’s other combos and is a quick way of getting the knockdown prompt. -Rapid fire isn’t limited to the shooter sections, as you can do it with Asura in combat mode too by holding Square. While this doesn’t deal major damage perse, it fills Asura’s Unlimited Gauge quickly if you’re aiming on gauging it as soon as possible. You can do this both on the ground and while jumping, so it’s best to do it when you’re at distance from the enemy. -You can also hold O in the air to perform a Dive Attack, which is effective for closing distances too. It works the best when you have a locked target. -Activating Unlimited Gauge can be use to give yourself some room if you’re feeling too overwhelmed, so it’s also a good way of defending yourself against hordes of enemies. Hopefully you’ll have fun with the rest of the game! Try to get as many S ranks as possible too! To my knowledge, you would need at least 6 of them to get the true ending after buying the DLC (or replay any level 50 times but I doubt you have the time for that), so do the best that you can!
