Part of the perks that humans share with many animals is a strong sense of pack-bonding, especially among the domesticated. Cats and hens sharing motherly duties, hens keeping the kittens warm, cats laying on eggs while she's out. Cats and dogs living and working together. Snakes in the chicken coop, keeping away rodents and other pests at the cost of the occasional egg. Birds and dogs working with humans to hunt or labour. Dogs suddenly coming home with a friendly raccoon or deer. Yes, there are many species of hypercompetitive species, but many rely on each other immensely.
Fun fact, house cats are considered the greatest hunters on earth. They boast a 90% success on hunting. While it's more common for most predators to have a 30 to 50 chance at success.
The greatest hunters on earth are actually dragonflies, which ACTUALLY have an around 90% success rate, but cats are still among the most successful ones.
@@philipstanley5611 And yet I hear their success rate is 1 in 4 which would be 25% and a quick search said, Cats have an average hunting success rate of less than 50%, as low as 17% where the prey has lots of cover, while Dragon Flys have a 95% success rate!
I really liked this story. I don't often listen to an entire video like this one. But it is well written and not a bunch of useless fillers. Matter-of-fact, I would like to be a student in this class. I subscribed.
yes! please continue your amazing stories! i hit the notification bell, 'cause your stories have fascinating content, are exciting, humorous and heartwarming. thank you for sharing and giving me some wonderful times. ❤😊
but cads DO have a kind of mind control. There's a parasite called toxoplasma gondii that lives in mice and other rodents and makes them not afraid of cats. The cat then eats the mouse and spreads the parasite around to infect more mice and make them not afraid of the cat. It can affect humans too but doesn't do much other than make the average human a little bit sick.
I dunno. I had a pretty ornery cat. Our oil furnace service provider made us put him in another room before he’d work. Murray. Tough cat.

Okay that is funny since I have known a few people who owned tough cats, and oddly enough 3 of them were named Murray. I guess cats named Murray are just a different breed.
OK PEOPLE LISTEN UP................ We have 23 like to this great channel and only 5 comments and I'm 2 of them............. IF YOU LIKED THIS STORY JUST SAY SOMETHING NICE...... You know like Thanks for the story or keep up the great work...... It helps them a ton................... Not 1 bad story not 1 repeat and in 12 stories I have heard just like 5-6 words said wrong..... BUT IT IS GREAT.... LETS GO TO THE MOON WITH THIS CHANNEL................. AND NO IT IS NOT MINE............. Just a guy that lives in Thailand and need something to do at night.......... I don't drink I don't party just enjoying life on the beach at the age of 63....... I fall asleep listening to this or the rain....... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
At about 12:00 I busted a gut when the reader said “I Shat.” A little editing made this fun rather than the typical AI drivel, but it’s hard to catch it all!
Most grown cats are about the size of a human baby. They can learn a miaou that sounds like the cry of a human baby. They're also warm and fluffy. And kittens! Small enough to fit in your hand, and completely fearless! What can be more enchanting?
Man, if Dogs and Cats are treated as threats like this, then I hate to see what they think of Wolves, Lions, and Black Panthers least of all bigger animals like Elephants, Sharks or some Birds of Prey.
Cats kinda do have a sort of mind affecting ability through a specific microorganism. It makes human more susceptible to a cat. More accommodating to a cat's desire. More fond of cats (and also make cats more fond of you). Also increase the chance of you becoming the 'crazy cat lady'.
My tuxedo is a couch potato and loves everyone always trying to climb on people to get pets and scratches. Unless there is a mouse nearby then he goes into full on predator mode.
No cats made a contract with Humans, in exchange for keeping the rodent AND snake population (in the houses of ancient Egyptians they hunted and killed the deadly poisonous Asps that would seek shelter from the sun inside!) under control the Humans would provide a safe place for the cats and kittens and supplement the food supply.
You’ll know cats are dangerous when yours is sleeping on your head and your 125lbs Rottweiler hears a noise outside and let’s go this tremendously deep, loud bark. This scares the cat which jumps on your head before launching itself off the bed. Hope you had your eyes closed…
AND WHY WOULD YOU LET A CAT SLEEP ON YOUR HEAD??? Mine usually sleep beside my feet, I do NOT allow them on my feet and one will sleep back to back with me in the small of my back! Better than a heating pad for a sore back!
6:04 I have a feeling that the person who wrote this has never actually known a cat. Generally speaking, cats do not respond to "Here, kitty-kitty." They tend to shy away from people they do not know and often approach those they do know with some caution if the environment is strange. I am fairly sure a real cat would have bolted for the nearest hiding place rather than hang around in a classroom full of alien life forms with all their alien smells.
Actually an orange tabby can be a very good Predator I've watched my little orange cat take out a snake among others he takes out snakes regularly to him it's just the equivalent of live spaghetti and that's among the other things he's noted for so yeah I could see why he'd make other people nervous and those claws of his my God he keeps forgetting I'm not made of leather and keeps clawing me in the needing motion that cats do when they want to show how much they love you.
To be fair, he's not wrong about their capabilities. Cats are apex predators and extremely dangerous to actual prey. But toe beans 😍and purrs and head boops ❤
If they really would like a big critter an Asian Elephant kept by a Rajah, or one who has worked in forestry! Coyotes and Wolves to demonstrate long tamed and still wild. Prof REALLY needs a cat or two! The Cat Distribution System could be tapped into!
Thanks for the laugh. The narration pronunciation is hilarious combined with the spelling of the subtitles too funny. Just get a human voice please, it will make the story flow better and be more enjoyable.
I don't know what bots were praising this monstrosity of mispronunciation because this was pretty terrible. The AI voice spoke too fast and it was so bad that it actually mispronounced correctly spelled words! I did manage to listen to most of it because I like cats but after about twenty minutes I had to let it go. I don't recommend this story and I will be avoiding this channel.
"It's called being cute"
That got me cracking...

90% your off by 20% house cats hunt successfully at a 70% rate. Which is still miles better than any other animal besides us
That is a good success rate, but it's still pretty funny to me when a cat is scared of a mouse lol
The greatest hunters on earth are actually dragonflies, which ACTUALLY have an around 90% success rate, but cats are still among the most successful ones.

toe beans had me laughing
Ginger cat, pet and be deafened by a purr or withdraw a bleeding stump, can go either way. They lucked out
Awesome. Keep up the awesome work! Great fun!
JUST ANOTHER GREAT STORY........ 4 hours of listening to your channel...... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.....
Thanks for your support dear ❤️
At this moment, Sarah didn't know...
Cats do might always have a mind control capability...
Aliens do treat cats with the respect they deserve.
I have 6 black cats and kittens that share my bed. I love them and they love me.
Not sure what's worse: the AI's pronunciation, or the AI's attempt at accurate captioning.
At least the story was fun
Fun storyline, keep up the good content.
House cats are genuinely vicious predators and hunters, they're considered the most violent felines.
REALLY?!?!?!? EVEN MORE VIOLENT THAN A TIGER OR LION!?!?!? Tell me which of those 3 would you want to face in a dark alley???
yes! please continue your amazing stories!

I started watching these stories last night and I'm back again today and subscribed to the channel!! Thank you for the entertainment!!
Well i could see fluffy swatting at a twitching tentacle.😂
I liked this. It's a completely different viewpoint than what I was expecting.

Please edit your comment for punctuation, spelling, and just ease of reading.
I would give a thumb up, but only if it wasn't made by an AI like chatgtp.!
Mildly interesting AI generated stories. The artwork is interesting but I would need more anime
I truly enjoy the voices. And the humor 😊
Yep this was fun! Thanks!

Good story!
Nice change of pace quizzical story.
Imagine if cats had personal flying saucers, what fun they’d have.
Man, if Dogs and Cats are treated as threats like this, then I hate to see what they think of Wolves, Lions, and Black Panthers least of all bigger animals like Elephants, Sharks or some Birds of Prey.
I just found it, what that is I don't know, but I enjoyed it 😂
Best “Sarah” story in the series yet!
this needs a part 2 😁😁
That was fun to listen to.

Wonderful and funny
My tuxedo is a couch potato and loves everyone always trying to climb on people to get pets and scratches. Unless there is a mouse nearby then he goes into full on predator mode.
As predators ourselves we understand other predators quite well and we are pack animals, so we are use to mingling with other predators
Lone human and there are many humans in the drawing ✍️ 😂
12:40 - I don't know about the mind control bit. Cats DO seem to be masterful manipulators despite being unable to speak. Maybe they ARE telepathic!
Oh they ARE, when they want to be!
It was a very fun story add very amusing... That orange feline sounds like my orange feline he wants mostly attention snacks take a second place.
Good story
As someone that has cats no mind control ha😂
You thought that humans domesticated the cat's?
Must be a Dog owner.
Ah, but what about teaching the aliens how humans treat pigs, sheep, cattle and chickens...
You know it is very funny that you're profile picture is a cat and this video is kind of a cat video
You’ll know cats are dangerous when yours is sleeping on your head and your 125lbs Rottweiler hears a noise outside and let’s go this tremendously deep, loud bark. This scares the cat which jumps on your head before launching itself off the bed.

House cats are great hazards to birds.
Never underestimate the danger of toe beans!

Cats have already domesticated Humans.......next, THE UNIVERSE!!!!!
oh, how funny that cat wouldn't harm you until you really make a much bigger Cat shows up like a Lion or a Chetia or a Cougar
Very nice. But maybe you could squeeze the AI to produce images more faithful to your story...
Oh fuck that professor cats are perfectly harmless
You have clearly never lived with a cat. They're MOSTLY harmless.
Tell that to the sharp parts when they get scared or angry...
@@StrangeUncle01 I own two of them and their both harmless unless you're a polyester couch
@@shutterchick79 mine don't fight when scared or angry they just walk away and climb their cat tree
Eh, they will eat you if you die and they are starving . . . but honestly, they would really have no choice, and it isn't as though I'd know.
The cat distribution system has now gone Everywhear!
If they really would like a big critter an Asian Elephant kept by a Rajah, or one who has worked in forestry! Coyotes and Wolves to demonstrate long tamed and still wild.
Prof REALLY needs a cat or two! The Cat Distribution System could be tapped into!
Nice story. My like is registered 😊. Reader sort of sux. But that’s nothing new.😅😊
I bet they never saw mountain lions, or other bigger cats before.
to the left of the cat, the little girl with her hand where? Is she OK?
9:49
I think the Professor needs to be presented with an older kitten or two.
Story was really pretty good. The pronunciations were way to distracting. The tone and emotion went well. Fix the verbage.
Thanks for the laugh. The narration pronunciation is hilarious combined with the spelling of the subtitles too funny. Just get a human voice please, it will make the story flow better and be more enjoyable.
I have 2 asleep on my chest. They get peeved if I lift the blanket that covers them.
❤❤❤❤❤
So it turned from a xenobiology class into a xenoanthropology class?
Something nice.
My goodness, double check your script before you submit it to AI narration. Your pacing breaks unnaturally. 😢
OK..REALLY STAR TREK TNG uniforms.. come on now. ?
They are AI generated images after all
And you tube messing up on the likes its not letting me give 1
fluffy :)
12:01
xenobiology/xenoanthropology 101
They really have to work on AI word pronunciation.
dump the AI
This shit is like a reversed isekai
Fairly good story but you do need to lison to them the teller mistake saying sahras name cpl times
Pronounced as fee lines but spelted felines
It's not pronounced mishap it's pronounced mis hap. You don't say it mi sh ap. You say it mis hap. Easy when you know how
I don't know what bots were praising this monstrosity of mispronunciation because this was pretty terrible.
