Michael Thomas is from Orange Bay, Portland, and has had quite a journey. He started working as a sanitation employee right after high school and gradually made his way up to the butcher shop. Over the course of 10 years, he dedicated himself to learning about the different parts of chickens, pigs, and beef. His hard work and dedication paid off when an incredible opportunity came his way.
