I'd say B&M. As much as Intamin is innovative and pushes the boundaries it kind of means nothing when some of their rides are unreliable and not actually opened for me to ride. Some are frustrating or impossible to ride (Top Thrill Dragster). B&M has never let me down. Any time I've visited a park every B&M was opened.
Of the few coasters by both companies I've ridden... on average, I'd rate the Intamins over the B&Ms. But if I were running a park, I'd probably rather buy B&M. You might pay more up front but the total cost of ownership is going to be lower.
MACK also gave us Time Traveler. (Silver Dollar City) Rode it 5 times in a row and didn't get sick or dizzy (and I'm 55!) Overall it's a GREAT coaster - albeit short.

It is difficult to say: Both have coasters I really like.
Intamin is more known for taking risks with their coasters, B&M plays it safe by doing coaster types that succeed more often without problems
You’re quite underrated, kid! Keep going! I showed my support by subscribing btw. :)
Intamin
For me MACK has taken over B&M for they now have both Voltron Nevera and Hyperia added to their resume.
