    Good morning Diana, thank you for the motivation today! Has Covid last week and now I’m better so I’m getting back into my normal morning routine. ❤❤❤ sending good vibes your way! Thanks for the good vibes last week when I was sick. It’s so good to feel more myself and I’m excited cause this week I’m taking a staycation and today I plan to go on a nature walk today and take myself on a date to work on my art at a favorite coffee shop. Have a great day!

    Good morning my friend ! 😊
    Im still in bed, I neeeed to get up lol. On the menu, we have this morning : 1) take a hot shower 2) dress up and put on makeup 3) have breakfast + supplements + do meditation 4) change sheets and make the bed 5) write my to do list and focus 25 mn on the first task

    I understood something. The reason why i m so orregular with showering and brushing is because i dont understand its importance. I mean i do know cerebrally but like i dont find it necessary. Its like it gets dubbed down by other pressing things like stress and exhaustion and immediate dopamine source without which it will be difficukt to function. I think normal happy people dont have 20 things to look on back burners. While we do. So i think if we solve out those abck burners. Solve the front burners. We will have mental energy for a lot of things. Lets see.
