@hypertrophy coach I saw Terrane doing 140s one time, is that he feels the pecs working a bit better with the 100s per say. I know you’ve always mentioned force tension/velocity or output equals hypertrophy stills.

These intensifiers, should I incorporate them after I hit my Incline BB strength goal of 225x10, I feel like if I gain that much strength in the movement i probably reaped close to all the gains out of that exercise as a natural
I'm not sure you could know that just from an arbitrary number on an arbitrary lift. if you feel like you are struggling for time in the gym but your know you're capable of more volume intensifiers are great. they also make things interesting as you can chase the pump and gets sore which is what meatheads love
Make your workout videos a litlle smaller around 15-20 is optimal for viewers do not get bored and for you to elaborate what are you doing and for what purpose

Exhale when you contract the muscles i.e on the way up and inhale on way back down.

No , just try reaching 20 reps on it. Then maybe you could up the weight purely for hypertrophy

Are you progressing ? If yes keep it if not add or reduce based on recovery
Why no reverse band on the high incline press?
I’ve only been using bands with more narrow grip. I’ve found it not actually necessary with wider grip stuff
