For 10 days touring the streets of Cebu from Seattle, WA, instantly, I felt the rush of motorcycle traffic like a military calvary charge to battle...
In my honest opinion, for every 1 American car driver on the road, there are 4 Filipino motorcyclists on their road.
My point: Get in where you fit in!
