very lively especially after dusk from 6.30 to 8pm in Colon, a sharp contrast to the deserted and boring downtown cities of other regions, the poverty stricken and boring cities of Iloilo, Bacolod etc. even Davao has no night life !! love and miss Colon, Cebu so much.

Went to Cebu in March for one month, I loved to head out in the evening especially, even when it was dark I found it easier to see what was going on. In the daytime there's just too much rushing about. People seem to have more time in the evening for a more leisurely stroll. Your videos are great, you catch a broad view of everything that's happening
