So ya. Pay alot of money. For it and in 2 years yuneec will have no firmware or program support for it. Just like they did to all of us with H520. And others. This is why they lose out to othere co now. A lot of people have lost trust in what was a fantastic product.
We understand your frustration, but this is standard practice with Autel and DJI as well. If anything, Yuneec upgrades models less frequently than the other manufacturers.
@@Vertigodrones At least Autel and DJI wait until they stop making the units to start counting the 2 years and even then there is support for the products. Yuneec appears to have started their count down from the design date of their products and for a lengthy period of time the only way you could talk with someone from Yuneec was to talk to Yuneec outside of the US - still not sure you can actually get any support today as I gave up a long long time ago.
The only way Yuneec will be able to get consumer trust again is if they deliver on the things they promised in the past like RID for their drones that were produced within the last 3 years otherwise it is going to be very slow to move the new products as it will only be new people to the drone market who purchase them that do not know any better.
Sorry Yuneec / Vertigo, I have two big boxes here that are just very large expensive paperweights which I was only able to use on jobs that totaled $1800 and now are completely useless.

perishable tools are a sorry investment. Too bad it can't lift a GH 7 with a Dji gimbal, I miss China already.
