I literally just made your shower gel recipe today and it is AMAZING!! It was super easy to make and it’s so rich and creamy! A little goes a long way and it has great lather! I was afraid that I hadn’t melted the SLSA enough, but it turned out crystal clear! Thank you so much for your wonderful recipe and clear and concise tutorial! I’m so glad that you decided to make your videos! You’re doing great and adding value with your creative content!! 💜💜💜
aww thank you so much! You words really mean a lot. I was scared at first to put my creations on youtube because people can be mean so I really appreciate you and I'm glad the recipe worked well for you! :)
Thank you for sharing and for your tutorial! I will have to try this! Im going to order SLSA. Ive been kinda scared to work with it but Im ready to try this shower gel! Thank you! I cant wait to see what you come up with next! Subscribed!
I know what you mean! I was kinda scared to use SLSA for a long time. When you do use it, just make sure you wear a mask of some sort since it's a very fine powder. Thank you for subscribing! :)
Yes you technically can since both are surfactants. I would just be weary of using the noodles because in my experience the noodles don’t dissolve as easily in the water as the powder.
@@Sunshyne.Scents thank you for your reply! I built up enough courage to grab the noodles since they were on sale but I'll look into the slsa powder. Thank you again so much!
Hmmm.. 🤔 It could be because all of the SLSA isn’t completely dissolved/melted. I had to make extra sure all of my SLSA was completely dissolved which can be tricky because at times it would look dissolved when it actually wasn’t. I would try that!
@@Sunshyne.Scents I used sugar cookie dough from wholesale supplies plus .. but I added polysorbate 20 and it got back relatively clear but when I added the fragrance oil it turned the gel very watery so I had to add some more Betaine got back like gel but still not the original texture I had so I’ll have to try adding some Xanthan gum
I'm wondering if maybe it turned creamy because of the vanillin that is in most dessert/cake/vanilla fragrances? That could be a reason. I know when I tried adding oils to my first batch the oils made the gel cloudy so that could be a reason to. (if you used any oils) It could honestly just be the particular F.O. you used. Good luck! @@tyeshahinds9607

Thank you much you are a God sent for being so clear with this tutorial. Can the same recipe be used for hand soap?
aww thank you so much! I'm glad you found it helpful! :) And yes, you can use the same exact recipe to make handsoap.
Can SCI noodles be used in place of the SLSA powder?
Yes you technically can since both are surfactants. I would just be weary of using the noodles because in my experience the noodles don’t dissolve as easily in the water as the powder.

Super mam,
Mam plz ingredients quentity show in gram plz
❤
How come no matter what I do it comes out white not clear? 😭 I used SLSA and glycerine, water and a little xanthum gum

Can you use drops of food coloring?
You technically could but it's always safer to use skin safe colorants. If you do end up using food coloring I would start with just a couple drops!
Adding fragrance oil made mine turn creamy instead ☹️
What fragrance oil did you use? I had a different one turn creamy when I used oatmeal, milk, & honey F.O.. Some fragrance oils are just finnicky! :/

@@Sunshyne.Scents yes that’s true also I’ll try another fragrance and see what the outcome is
Try perfume oils instead of candle oils for the soap
