Aesthetically not my cup of tea, especially the tank, but i appreciate the work, skill and engineering that has gone into this bike. And its not only rideable, but prolly jolly good fun.
Wow .. just incredible !! Everything about this bike it’s just amazing.. its almost as if someone read my mind ! Fantastic! If I only could afford that! I’m speechless
The unusual gas tank and exhaust are very nice. I almost bought a new Honda single cylinder 500cc in 1984. I instead drove a $200 junker and saved more money for college- one of my many what ifs. Two tips- Fluid Film spray for the chain, and Michelin Commander II tires. Third tip- try half Valvoline regular motorcycle oil and half Valvoline synthetic motorcycle oil. My favorite for clutch feel and shifting smoothness.
I think this is my favorite so far!! For me personally to ride everyday I would change the tank slightly to be less "I'll poke a big hole in your chest" but I absolutely love this bike!
@@Tripmaster2006 sorry I have not got any photos. We didn't have phone cameras in the sixtees and seventees. i've got a nice z550f with tdm 850 back end on & zzr600 front end, z550ltd tank mounted flat that you'd like, been off the road for 10yrs as needs a head gasket & battery now but i could email you pics if your interested?
I'm blessed. I have a similar bike, looks better though! Same shocks, wires, same carb, 560-stroked, custom rod, piston, crank and flywheel, cam, worked head etc. Goes like fek, these bikes are amazing, even in stock-form. Built my first one back in the late 80's, this is my 3rd (old now, so probably my last kick-start at least). Singles or twins, gotta love them .Dont google 'Big-Singles' though, you cant un-see that stuff. Naked-Dave, NZ

Absolutely one of the best custom builds ive ever seen!! Just a mean & beautiful f*n bike. Remarkable peace of art!!
The exhaust is absolutely wonderful, i though it was bent to it's shape
I had an SR500 bored out to a 550 back in the late 80s. Beautiful bike, great sound.
That's really a work of art. Incredible 👌

Craftsmanship & imagination - wonderful!

Wow that's absolutely stunning what amazing talent god I'm impressed.
Awesome exhaust 👍 but not a big fan of the tank. Love how the exhaust bends around the kicker
Lovely work guys, very inspiring ⭐😎⭐
Nice build .This is what I would call a street scrambler .Used to build my own bikes this style in the sixtees out of BSA A10s
neat...got any pictures?

Wowsers!!! Just incredible.
Love the low idle
Very nice work, kudos 👍🤘
As a person who built the ONLY XL400EX in North America.....WELL DONE !
man, that sound!!! i could feel my macbook vibrate!!! :)))
Lovely bike, lovely people 👌
Overkill on the clean welds love it. I would love to see what they could do with my 84 z550f. Not many left in the uk 👍🏻

STUNNING bike
Damn this mans an artist
I want to see the process for fabricating the tank.
So nice...still has the sr500 exhaust pop peace
love the exhaust outstanding 👍 rest of the bike is not too shabby either 😉
This is fantastic!!
3:01 I thought my microwave finished. I'm not even using my microwave 🙃
Nothing said about the headlight. Is it custom fabricated, or where is it from?
Very cool!...having owned a 1975 Honda cb 550..I would love to see that finished product.
Some nice touches db of exhaust tad loud for MOT pass....I question use of M unit for bike with very little electrics!
I love the black SR620. Is it for sale?
oh I would love to get my RE cgt500 done like this!!
@workshop43 also builds a awesome SR500 and has a full video series on YT.
Beautiful
Pure love.
SICK BIKE 😱
Can I ask what is the make and brand of that digital low profile speedometer ? That looks amazing
Trend Hive it’s a Moto Gadget
I need my SR400 to be modified. where is your location?
How on earth does that exhaust get through an MOT lol?
11:32 trying to be slick with the sale i see you hahaha
is jappa brazilian? he kinda sound like a lot of people here speaking english
foi a primeira coisa que reparei quando ele começou a falar.
Hipster bikes, they will be into something else next week.
peter olsen why the hate? They are just making something new and unique.
Not possible in Germany!😕. Hot Design!👍
Simply delicious!
หล่อจัด❤
that tank is horrendous, aesthetically would give it 6.5 or 7. Sound is the best thing about this machine.
2:53 Back pressure? WTF?
🔝🆒💖💥 Très jolie création💥 💖🆒🔝

no Brown seat ?
split links on the inside of the chain? why not do it properly .
because its hidden and neat there, they did explain that...
Tank 🔥
I have the same bike just with a nice alu undercut droplet tank, and its not for sale ;-)
Love to see more bikes of this style hate sports bikes.
Wouldn’t be any good for my “farmer Giles” but love it
Serious bike porn, this should be rated for adults only!
Looks like the exhaust will burn the seat
Yeah...big bore kits on the SR can go really wrong. The cylinder isn't that strong
I like the looks of a stock sr much better
scweet machine
So I'm the only one that thinks it looks total crap then? Never understood the fasination with tanks like that.
I like the bike, hate the tank.
Few can appreciate the altered ground chewing 31 HP. Watch Out it's a bad ass!
Did'ya catch the dents on that tank?..first thing I noticed...shoddy work.
I prefer the look of the Kwaka. I like the idea of a small more modern cafe racer.
Nope
Starting it inside is a bit odd, to say the least. All the clothing on the rack will be stinking of exhaust!
Get yourself plenty of fork seals
Lets say first 😍😍
damn hipsters.
I’ve had 3 of these. Better to build a XR650 or KLR650 than this motor
Why is that?
Not my style but still nice. Maybe it's just looses translation in the video but my tt500 with a cone exhaust sounded better than this.
Original bike looked better.
Attention grabber.
Original is better...now is motogay.
this one is good
