So many to choose from. Honestly, I think Travis's whole life is an iconic moment. But if I had to pick, it would be the double backflip. Watching that as a kid, I thought that was insane. In my eyes, it certified him as an action sports legend. But I love the fact that despite all the accolades, he acts like the average guy. He always has a smile on his face. He just loves to go out there and ride/drive/have the best time he can. On top of that, he helps other people realize their dreams (or face their worst nightmares). I think we can all agree that the world need more people like Travis Pastrana.
The Mt Washington rally cross is insane. I drove that road going 15mph and it was sketchy. 5' wide lanes with no guardrails next to a 6,000' cliff. I couldn't even imagine going 120mph up that.
Definitely the X Games gold metal for the double backflip. I remember watching it live and it was the craziest thing I had ever seen up to that point. No one thought that was even possible and Travis just threw it down like it was nothing. It completely changed what FMX tricks were considered even being possible!
Finally have something to show people when I tell them Travis Pastrana is the GOAT, like you can tell people he landed worlds first double backflip on a dirt bike, but this compilation really puts in perspective how incredible he really is, pushing limits on many extreme sports, TP 4 EVER🙏
I remember Travis from his good ol Motocross days when he couldn't be stopped and literally won it all countless times. I got to meet him many years ago now when he was at his racing prime long before a thought of Nitro Circus or his Rallycross career or work with Hoonigan, Subaru. He is beyond talented and that guy that is good at anything he does or tries almost naturally. Never thought he would have a bigger career after his racing days then he did during them but glad it's all worked out amazingly for him and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
Beeing a fan of TP199 since 2006(?) on Erzberg and following anything he´s doing since than (yeah, i got Nitro Circus on DVD). It´s just awesome. No more words needed. There is no other like him. Living legend. True legend.
This is the best history video of Travis Pastrana he's really good @ everything including winning X games, red bull x fighters & doing those evil knievel jumps I love this dude very much
What a great man to look up too. 💯. Great father and a true dream chaser that built a life doing what he has loved. And helped so many along the way. Not to mention the inspiration he gives. Always be my idol 💯
All of the stuff in this video is unreal and theres so much of it. How is he not paralyzed or dead by now??? What an absolute monster of a legend. No one will ever top Travis. Im so glad he is alive and well after doing all those absolutely amazing and downright impossible looking stunts. Awesome. Great video
I remember watching him break his leg bailing on the first ever competition 720 attempt... What an amazing man living an amazing life! Motocross wouldn’t be the same without the massive impact you single handedly brought to the sport!
The double blackflip at best trick will forever be my favorite xgames moment. Something about the chills I get EVERY SINGLE TIME I watch it. What a legend
Travis, you are a national treasure. You not only have a positive impact on adults and children; you and Ryan SPREAD your knowledge and wealth to those who wouldn’t otherwise have access to such great facilities. Thank you. ❤
Alright, confirmed. Travis is the most wicked badass ever. He puts people like Evil Kenevil ( with all due respect)to shame. No doubt, Chuck Norris makes funny comparisons about how sick Travis is.
The fact that you read 64 iconic moments of Travis Pastrana and don't have a single shred of doubt tells you everything u need to know about Travis Pastrana lol
Him coming back to freestyle in 2010 first time in four years. Winning in the first run then doing a glory run and throw a double flip for fun. First time in competition would have to be up there.
He's like a motorsports GOD! I just don't know how someone can be so unbelievably talented. Travis , ... did you sell your soul to Satan? I would have to say you are the best motocross/freestyle rider ever no doubt. You're pretty good at driving cars too. Much love/respect! You rule motorsports!
Watched him against deegan at gravity games over and over and no one comes close to his sheer ridiculousness with an engine. However he has produced probably the next best thing in rwilly
watched the first live double backflip in a bar back in 2006 when i was 6 years opd since then i went on a mission to ride a play around on bikes as much as possible since then. finally bumped into the man himself at a pitbike race last weekend. felt surreal to meet him and race with him and some of the nitro guys 😂🤘🏻
I had the pleasure to See Travis in Albury Australia, he is truly one of a kind and an all-time great . How lucky are we to have the likes of Travis, , Tony Bou, Mark Marquez, Graham Jarvis, Ricky Carmichael,!
I'm the same age as Pastrana, so I've got to see most all of his accomplishments live and some in person. It's weird to idolize and be inspired by someone who's the same age. I wouldn't have learned most all the tricks I did on an MX bike because of him. This man means a lot to me and imo is one of the most athletic and talented people to ever live. Hopefully I get to ride with him one day.
For iconic moments it’s definitely him jumping into the San Francisco Bay. Such a “let’s just have fun in this moment “ thing. The stuff that led to Nitro Circus
The man … the mitt !……. The legends !! Nothing but respect for this guy, I just want to warned him because I’ve been riding hardcore for more than 30 years … but with sportbikes ! I’ve broken my spines at 3 places the pelvis at 3, had to get a complete knee replacement and many more, but I’ve always thought I was kinda invincible but age’s didn’t agreeing with me, and now I’m 57 and just getting down ( strangely) from stairs is a real torture, it hurts so much everywhere that I can barely get out of bed
I hope Travis reads this. You are by far a legend who so many look up to including myself. Since the day i seen your first backflip years ago in the X games. I have looked up to you in so many ways. You are exactly what this world needs. Stay true bud. Also i would love to visit the compound lol. If i could have one child hood wish come true. It would be to shred for a day at your house but now with my lil nephew. Stay up!
The first time I ever saw Trav was on Crusty 2, although he was only a teenager, I knew I was witnessing greatness in the making. Ive kept up with him ever since, dude is a LEGEND!
My guy Travis man. Your shit is next level always, but the plane jump is MENTAL. I replayed it 'nuff times and 'sheeet', you are the man. Worthy of the spot where legends like Ken B (RIP) sits. GOAT . Peace and love
You guys have reached the peak of such awesome .. achievements and content that I just don't have time to watch it all. Everything is just.. so cool and fun looking. And the legendary tricks.
Guy is literally doing side quests at this point. He wakes up and thinks "whats the stupidest thing i could do today?" and goes and does it perfectly. Man is gonna become more than a legend, he's gonna become a myth. Future generations that dont get to see what this man can do will simply say that there is no possible way a human can do it.
It's a miracle this man is still alive. I'm so glad he is alive. Such a savage but always a fantastic role model.
Travis hat 199 Leben.Grüsse aus Deutschland.
Esta vivo por que de loco no tiene nada, simplemente es un genio
Especialy after the canyon jump with jolene....still so crazy....🌵🌵🌵🌵
@@ronnyschlegel9552but his bike aint one
"Miracle" nah.
Lads got the skills...Miracle would suggest otherwise.
I watched the double backflip at xgames live on tv when I was a kid, and it still gives me goosebumps watching it here.
Me too on xgames I’ve had to of been 10-12 yrs old . Alot of the older vids were of my childhood it was cool to see the coming up
same bro
that was amazing to see as a kid
and Tony Hawk 900 live sooo dope
To see what he's done. What he's doing. The life he's lived. The greatest extreme sports athlete of any era I've been alive
It has been so cool following his career. I also got chills re-watching that!
Same! What an amazing moment
I love Pastrana because he even celebrates his crashes. Legend.
same.. at least he isn't a pos like Deegan acting like your a good dude because you have kids now.
That was his career ending crash right before he was in peak condition ready to win AMA undefeated, his Dad called it “the million dollar crash”.
travis is the definition of living life to the fullest
While ppl get tbi’s and die by suicide partaking in his endeavor’s
11th In the Daytona 500
Yes he is...
@@matthewchappell2306 Is that a critique? What have you done?
Whatever
Dude never drove in a full Nascar premier race and was good enough to finish 11th amongst people who race all the time
you keep living a nerf life over there boi@@dandavid2027

64 Stunts completed with a huge smile in every one! It's infectious I tell ya! 🙂
Even when he broke shit!
Weren't no smiling after that belly flop, though!
Ya it make u feel like u can go out and do it so u try and get right f$$ked up been there to many times lol
I think the craziest one was still the no parachute skydive! Absolutely incredible!
Agreed.
The timing of it is important. That happened over 20 years ago...stunts were a lot more "shoot from the hip" in the late 90s / early 2000s.
C’est quand le saut en parachute sans parachute ?
Absolutely legendary. Best redbull commercial of all time
The Mt Washington rally cross is insane. I drove that road going 15mph and it was sketchy. 5' wide lanes with no guardrails next to a 6,000' cliff. I couldn't even imagine going 120mph up that.

I remember it like it was yesterday
He just put 100% in to everything he does. Such an inspiration to all of us that follow.
No, he puts in 199%
The best RUclips Chanel to ever experience ❤ 0:00
Finally have something to show people when I tell them Travis Pastrana is the GOAT, like you can tell people he landed worlds first double backflip on a dirt bike, but this compilation really puts in perspective how incredible he really is, pushing limits on many extreme sports, TP 4 EVER🙏
As someone who's followed your life's career. It still amazes me all the accomplishments you've done. The xgames double backflip. EPIC
Insane, and RIP Ken who was in a lot of these stunts. I'm gonna have to go watch all the Gymkhana videos.
What about Eric Roner ? No rip to him ?
And Roner too.
Travis Pastrana the movie can’t be far away👍
I remember Travis from his good ol Motocross days when he couldn't be stopped and literally won it all countless times. One of a kind, best to ever do it. Also rest in Peace Erik Roner 🙏
Also rest in Peace Ken Block 🙏

So many awesome moments, such a talented and diverse athlete!! 👍👍
THAT WAS A HELL OF A RIDE! WOOOOOHHH!!!
that clip perfectly shows who he is. adrenaline works like 5x as good on him lol
It's so amazing that he is still alive and able to even walk with some of the killer things he has done.
Has to be double back at x-games. Nailing it so cleanly, live, on a hard dirt landing, with no resets to win a gold.
Travis, you're a real life super hero! Glad I got to witness all the insane stuff you've done and accomplished over the years (on camera).
This is the best history video of Travis Pastrana he's really good @ everything including winning X games, red bull x fighters & doing those evil knievel jumps I love this dude very much
Travis Pastrana...
Man of one thousand nuts!
So glad this included some old clips from Revalation 199 and the original Nitro Circus movies with original music. Nostalgia at its best
That roof to roof backflip has never left my memories
same! Since the movie
It's the double backflip X games gold for me. That was a defining moment in x-sports.
So many memories, watched a lot them live
What a great man to look up too. 💯. Great father and a true dream chaser that built a life doing what he has loved. And helped so many along the way. Not to mention the inspiration he gives. Always be my idol 💯
The no parachute jump makes my feet ache horribly, and I have a job where I work at heights every day. Crazy.
All of the stuff in this video is unreal and theres so much of it. How is he not paralyzed or dead by now??? What an absolute monster of a legend. No one will ever top Travis. Im so glad he is alive and well after doing all those absolutely amazing and downright impossible looking stunts. Awesome. Great video
Hands down my favourite Travis moment is the backflip on the big wheel at Bob Burnquist's mega ramp. To this day it makes me smile.
Seeing some of the old Nitro Circus on MTV highlights really brings me back!
Travis, you are a national treasure.
You not only have a positive impact on adults and children; you and Ryan SPREAD your knowledge and wealth to those who wouldn’t otherwise have access to such great facilities.

Pastrana is the little kid in all of us living in a futuristic world . . He is a huge example for all men to “go for it” in life . .
There is still one record that eludes him, and that's Pikes Peak Hill climb!
I used to watch the airplane jump without a parachute like once a week. Never failed to get me pumped.
Awesome stunts! The editing with the text flickering gave me an epilepsy attack... and I don't even have epilepsy....
Him coming back to freestyle in 2010 first time in four years. Winning in the first run then doing a glory run and throw a double flip for fun. First time in competition would have to be up there.
Watched this guy since I was a kid! Such a LEGEND!!!
23:04 for the xgames double backflip
Saying you watched these live and grew up during Pastrana the Pastrana reign is such a flex.
He's like a motorsports GOD! I just don't know how someone can be so unbelievably talented. Travis , ... did you sell your soul to Satan? I would have to say you are the best motocross/freestyle rider ever no doubt. You're pretty good at driving cars too. Much love/respect! You rule motorsports!
what an insane life hes had, i can tell you he will never be bored when hes old, he has countless hours of highlights
epic recap of Travis's accomplishments
I really like all the mx, rally, action stuff, but the best moment has to be the engagment to lynz.
I've have to say, that the best ever stunts that I will never forget is with Ken Block and Travis.....Johnny Onit
17:03, for those of yall wondering, thag trick he did there is called the tweak air.
that first double backflip was landed in my hometown. love that tbh
Damn Travis ...you made the rest of us look tame. GREAT JOB ! PK
UNFU$KING BELIEVABLE! The trike base jump is by far the closest call.
Aussie roll and TP7 on a dirtbike looks impossible but he did it
I remember watching Travis at all of the x games. Growing up he was always my hero. Hell, I'm 41 now and I guess he still is my hero!
Watched him against deegan at gravity games over and over and no one comes close to his sheer ridiculousness with an engine. However he has produced probably the next best thing in rwilly
Awesome video! Though i am not epileptic, the text flickering 24/7 might just make me have a seizure. Call the ambalamb. For Travis, not me..
Been a fan from far for a very long time, dude you have a great life, Stay safe out there~
What a epic video. Thanks for that.

I believe that when Ken handed him Gymkhana, that should be in here

The Grandcanyon Jump days were sick Global addiction and 199 lives will always be some of my favorites

The heights he's taken action sports, then base jumped from it.

Hard to narrow it down to one but Mt. Washington hill climb. Pure send the whole way.

Travis is an alien. He's number one at everything he tries...Pastrana for prez make America rad again
Travis is the X Games, him, Mira, Shawn White, Houston, Turner, and Burnquisdt were great ways to start a new experience in athletics
Travis will forever be the Man! He is and will always be the GOAT.....

I got to meet this awesome legend and get a picture and autograph yesterday at Philly supercross.
That aussie roll looks insane. Also i didnt know he did the bmx trick. Ahhhmazing
For real the GOAT hands down. Much respect for TP hoping he does well in the cup series to really cap it all off
He is the " Super Dave Osborne" of extreme stunts for the Camera.
You guys have reached the peak of such awesome .. achievements and content that I just don't have time to watch it all. Everything is just.. so cool and fun looking. And the legendary tricks.
Hands down Travis has been on top of the best adrenaline junkie list for the last 20 yrs. Respect brah 💪
An Absolute Legend
That Aussie Roll was a Hurricane of Awesomeness.
