As a mid 30s American man who grew up on X Games and Extreme Sports in the 90s, I am so happy that this Channel 199 is around to keep introducing the INSANITY that is PastranaLand and Travis himself to newer generations. LETS GOOOOO!!! 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Yeah could not agree more, I am the same age as Travis by only a couple days but we got cable on Travis's first X-Games. I had not idea who he was and ESPN used to have all kinds of buggy racing and trophy trucks and BMX back in the day and i seen this kid the same age as me win X-Games Freestyle, he instantly became my inspiration. I used to be get all the Dirt Bike and Motocross magazines and clipped out all the pics of Travis and others and hung on my wall. It is so nice to see the next generation learning from the best and Travis is a great teacher he spreads confidence!! Good dude too, I met him a while back (at least 10 years ago) up in Dalton NH and there is a rally school my buddy was going to down the street from my camp and i went for the day and met Travis. I got to talk with him and stuff!!! So Thanks for being an inspiration for the rest of the world!!
Thanks for all the support over a lifetime of good times and bad decisions. Please share this with anyone who will enjoy a walk down memory lane.. or anyone who doesn’t know about Pastranaland.
No, Thank You for being the action sports living legend that you are! The world is a better place thanks to all the crazy sh*t that you and the team bring to the world. 🤘
Hey Travis, so amazing to see what you've done the past 24 years since I acted as your human sun shade while you signed autographs at the 2000 MXDN in France. That race was the greatest I've ever seen. Please stay healthy.
Absolutely love the content. Been watching Travis with my dad since I was a little one. Still feels like the double back was yesterday wow how time Flys.
I’m so glad I have grown up watching Nitro Circus, even before that with Revelation 199. The amount of insanity, with pushing multiple action sports beyond their limits. Pastranaland is truly legendary! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Travis, what a fantastic video! Thank you for everything you have done for action sports and being a fantastic role model for the younger generation. You have influenced so many of us not only on the dirt bike but off the bike with your outlook on life and incredibly humble attitude. Truly a one of a kind. You are so loved by so many and have impacted us deeply! Channel 199 was a great idea. As someone who grew up going to LA X Games every single year to watch you as a child and consumed every single bit of nitro circus content I am extremely appreciative of this channel and the evolution of your content over the years. I can only dream for my facility to be anywhere close to what you have created! Much love TP!
We saw nitro circus in tally and it was epic. Finally got to see a piece of what we’ve been watching on screen for 15 years! Whole team is pure talent. We were looking for you Travis!
24:00 when Trav walks into the room of his legacy i can see in his eyes him reliving the moments of accomplishment!!! I am the same age and i look back at my old trophies and achievement's and brings tears to my eyes sometimes, tears of joy but also that sense of it is in the past!!
That compound is absolutely amazing. From the ramps to the tracks, skatepark, pits to the shop with all the amazing memorabilia. That property has provided endless entertainment and worlds firsts and beyond. It should be considered a national treasure. God I would love to go see it in person.
I'm a dirt biker born in the 80s. Grew up watching Travis on Crusty Demons and X Games. Doubt there will be another as influential to a generation in action sports. Thanks for the tour. What I wouldn't do to spend a day here destroying my body. 🤯🤘✌
if you're not having fun in life it's your own fault. Take advantage of every day cause the years go by like a snowball rolling downhill. Great memories and video edit. Cheers!!!
Had the privilege of getting a glimpse of the compound when I helped out moving some stuff for the pastranas. It was wicked seeing all the memorabilia and all the jerseys. Hope to get back there some day. Also a Severna Park native! Peep the profile picture. Gina’s baby!
Having Trevor Vines’s compound TVland about a mile from my place is pretty awesome, he’s always improving it and it’s sick but more of a motocross vibe with a few kickers. But Pastranaland is just on a different level of awesome. It’s great to see these legends still kicking ass and doing what they love and doing their part to keep the sport going
Travis is a true living legend, and what he has been able to make and accomplish with Pastrana Land is truly amazing and inspiring!!!! But I came here to leave a comment about something else. Being a bmxer myself its so awesome to see Nate Wessel still around and killing it making the best ramps for Travis (and yes I’m well aware of the fact he has been working with Travis since the 90’s if I’m remembering correctly). I mention this bc Nate was one of the best riders in bmx at the time he was pro (late 90’s early 2000’s or what is now being called the “mid-school era of bmx. Nate was always one of the funnest riders to watch bc you never knew what he was going to come up with at a given spot since he was one of those riders who really thinks outside the box and had such a wide repertoire of tricks he could do. I look forward to maybe one day seeing some new bmx clips from nate, it truly would be a treat, and they don’t have to be anything insane, just to seeing him shred would be sick (and yes I’ve seen some instagram clips over the years too, but I’m talking more like a mini video part). Cheers!
Really takes me back. I climb trees for a living, probably inspired to be out of the box growing up on extreme sports. Almost sounds weird extreme instead of action. Ch199 is awesome.
Travis your a American treasure, I could not be prouder about another human as i am for you. Best wishes for you and your family into the holidays. Fan for life BRO........Dan
Nitro circus was my childhood and Travis inspired me to buy and build my first track 04 wrx wagon and it’s been a lot of fun doing it! I hope one day I get to show trav my car one day!
I live right by pastranaland and ride my bike by all the time. Always see the gate open in the summer and know they were having fun. Always wanted to ride on in there, but never will lol
houe of my time well spent as someone who has never ever rode anything lt alone thought about doing a trick myself i marvel at seeing the things you guys do i only hope one day i can get teh courage to do something that crazy
Awesome Video. it was awesome to see you going back threw all the memories, good times, and all the awesome stuff you and people you surround your self with and alot of what you do and have done. litterally living the dream, thank you for sharing it with us. still a dream to get an invite out there some day. that motocross track and all the trails and crazy ramps foam fit trampolines. i wish i could pay to come ride there and hang out for a day 😂🤘🏻
I picture a huge net landing area with multiple jumps on all sides. Like the guy who skydives into the net to parachute! It would remove so much impact. I think that’s how you can train to take the sport further. These triple flips are only leading to quads with the new starks!
Nice, must have been a lot of work finding all those clips. I’m pretty sure Streetbike Tommy’s jump had a giant impact on this whole operation, it brought in a lot of people. Viewers saw that there were some normal guys out there trying stuff, it wasn’t only super humans
14:00 How has that footage only just been shown now?? There is another angle of this too right?? Post some background to this day, that is wild old school pastrana stuff
It's wicked to see that all these people get emotional when they make it coz they are just people that work there are off to achive such wicked greatness and when they make it they are so happy it paid off :)
We were riding with Bucky after you broke your legs in Cleveland dew games ❤ we had front row seats to that high jump it was awful.great height but...😅 ♥️🇺🇸💥🎉
Travis every time you show shots of the memorabilia I'm still waiting to see the x games picture frame I made of you jumping off the pier I feel like it should be on your wall somewhere. Lugenstein
What happened to James Foster? Seemed like he just kinda disappeared. He won a few X Games and then seemed like he gave up or something? He was always a good rider, and it would be awesome to see him compete again
As a mid 30s American man who grew up on X Games and Extreme Sports in the 90s, I am so happy that this Channel 199 is around to keep introducing the INSANITY that is PastranaLand and Travis himself to newer generations. LETS GOOOOO!!! 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Me Too! 😄 LET'S FREAKIN' GOOOOOOO!
Thanks for the support 🙌 been a fun ride. Trying to keep the wheels on the train for a few more years.
Yeah could not agree more, I am the same age as Travis by only a couple days but we got cable on Travis's first X-Games. I love that I’m apart of this small yet fucking epic community that grew up watching Travis and never lost their passion for him and his skills! 🤙🏼
Didn't expect the nostalgia blast! Living the dream. Never stop!

This is so Rad!!!! PASTRANALAND is definitely somewhere I’d like to go someday.
I’m so glad I have grown up watching Nitro Circus, even before that with Revelation 199.
The amount of insanity, with pushing multiple action sports beyond their limits. Pastranaland is truly legendary! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
It’s crazy how much you have done for the moto community behind the scenes Travis Pastrana for life

These guys are absolutely insane!!! And I love it! Getting to watch these legends do what no sane person could is simply awesome! Keep it up 199!

Dude that Subaru Brap is legit!!
This is EPIC! Thanks!
This brings back some amazing childhood memories

Pretty cool to get a tour video for the ones who will never get to experience Pastrana land in person.

Great video and incredible story of how far you’ve come.
Pastranaland, the only place when it's epic, it's mind-blowing. When you turn right, you can feel the pain come through your screen
We’re not ambi-turners
Having Trevor Vines’s compound TVland about a mile from my place is pretty awesome, he’s always improving it and it’s sick but more of a motocross vibe with a few kickers. This brings me back to the ol nitro circus tv show days
We need Channel 199 merch! Sync with Cleetus to set this up
I remember when street bike Tommy did that and it's wicked to see how good he looks now and I'm so glad he wasn't to badly hurt
I picture a huge net landing area with multiple jumps on all sides. Like the guy who skydives into the net to parachute! It would remove so much impact. I think that’s how you can train to take the sport further. These triple flips are only leading to quads with the new starks!
Legend!
Cleetus and his crew need to come out here sometime. Please try to make it happen
We’re working on it!! But for someone reason people are always scared to come over
7:48 Tommy thats the best question you could ever ask Travis HAHA.
" Have you ever had a real job?"
NO 🤣
Nice, must have been a lot of work finding all those clips.
I’m pretty sure Streetbike Tommy’s jump had a giant impact on this whole operation, it brought in a lot of people. Viewers saw that there were some normal guys out there trying stuff, it wasn’t only super humans
It was a mission! Lot of deep dives into everyones phones.
Tommy is an absolute legend!, one of the best dudes you’ll ever meet
Feel like I have just gone back to my childhood
Awsome 👍
dude i forgot about that sport bike jump lol holy shit! when was that? had to be at least 10 years ago.
Awesome video! Anyone else hearing weird audio clipping sounds?
The fact that I grew up less than an hour from here makes me sad I never got to check it out.
14:00 How has that footage only just been shown now?? There is another angle of this too right?? Post some background to this day, that is wild old school pastrana stuff
Modern day MTV Cribs - Pastranaland Edition 🤘
