If you're not fond of seafood then you can use this recipe as a base to make a Chicken Laksa. You can simply replace the haddock and prawns with cooked shredded chicken. Alternatively, you can add pieces of raw chicken in with the blended paste and cook until the chicken is sealed. Add the coconut milk and stock and simmer until the chicken is cooked through, then continue on with the rest of the recipe steps.
Your videos are amazing, you efficiently explain the recipe in a short video which is refreshing because a lot of recipe videos are either too long or too short and don't cover the recipe properly. Quick and straight to the point, no faffin!

so sick and tired people saying take seeds out to chili to reduce spice. THERE ARE NO SPICE IN THE SEEDS. Its in the veins of the chili. The seeds are just... seeds.
This looks really delicious and I am certainly going to be trying it soon. I have used a number of your recipes and several are now in our 'go to' recipe folder. One thing that is not so good is the background music. It is extremely annoying and irritating. It is like that horrible stuff you hear when you are on the phone and get put on hold for eternity, and it is just at that nerve jangling volume. I had to rewind several times as the irritating sound kept distracting me. Please don't have it on your videos, they don't need it. The cooking speaks for itself. 😫
