Her hair is so rich and thick! Beautiful! Unfortunately, mine has thinned out over the years but working on my healthy hair journey. Tried the kit for the first time (no silk press)...but after keeping my hair in a simple bun for one week...my hair is still very moisturized! I'll be getting the big container of conditioner! So I’ve been watching all the videos about these products (everyone’s hair turns out so pretty) so I decided to make the purchase. This was my experience; Now for reference I have relaxed and color treated hair, that is cut into a bob. I just washed my hair with these products and unfortunately they did NOT work for me. The mask did nothing for my hair, the shampoo was very stripping and made my hair feel like straw. The conditioner felt good on my hair it has nice slip (I sat with it with some steam). After I washed it out my hair went back to feeling like strawww. The color (permanent) on my hair now looks sooo faded and dull (I had it done 2 weeks ago), it’s like it removed all the color from my hair. My hair feels so stiff, it was hard to flat iron. However, I am going to give this another try (sigghhh) next week just using the shampoo and conditioner and see if I get the same results. If I get the same results, I’ll just go back to using my Aveda products. And unfortunately the company doesn’t offer any refunds.
Hello, Thank you for trying our products. We heard your review and we appreciate the feedback. As a license cosmologist, it sounds like you may need a bonding treatment. When applying a relaxer and color you are breaking the cuticle of your hair which will expose your hair shaft and make it more porous. The more porous your hair shaft, your hair is more prone to dryness and less dense especially after multiple chemical treatments. I would definitely suggest adding a bonding treatment to your routine and using the mud sparingly because the mud is a detox. I think your hair main focus should be reviving the moisture onto your hair and rebuilding the cuticle. I praying it’s not beyond repair. Let me know if you need any more information or assistance! ❤️
@@twelve12Beaute thank you for the feedback. I did rewashed my hair due to it being starting to itch really bad. I went back to my usual products and it is well moisturized, soft and manageable now. I will pass these products on to someone with natural hair maybe it will be more beneficial to them. Thank you again for your feedback.

Hey, I always use serum but I’ve been showing our serum that we are releasing. Also, my fhi blow dryer is broke so I grabbed a temporary blow dryer until my new one got delivered.
