If collard greens are (FRIED);IN IRON skillet they will hold all their nutrients! Certain things don't take long to cook, depending on how you cook it....most people over cook vegetables.....Some folks call fried collard greens smoothered greens as well...

Another tip instead of boiling the ribs for an hr. I use a Instapot for 30 mins. Much quicker and makes it just as tinder
