We will never know…I just don’t understand why she won’t film the beauty of these countries. All we see is airport travel, grocery store shopping, cooking in tiny kitchen space, street vendors and a restaurant here and there. Maybe there are restrictions in these countries. Hopefully this time back in Nigeria we can see more. She definitely is adventurous for sure. I give her that.

Hi, Que.... great to see you back again!!! I respectfully want to say something... going from one extreme to another is not the way to do a diet. Our bodies need nutrients every day and just watermelon juice is not good... of coure you fainted, unfortunately.....now,eating 12 eggs in a sauce containing butter (correct me if I'm wrong) is going from starving to excessive food. Excuse me for my honesty... I said this because I do not want to see anyone damage their health. Having two doctors in my family that also are nutritionists, I permitted myself to say this. Best of everything to you. ❤️😘

For full boiled egg, 17 mins is perfect, run under cold water as soon as done. Also put a little bit of vinegar in the water :)
Yep! I use the same method. The vinegar helps it release from the shell easier
My eggs come out perfect every time..
Let the water come to rapid boil first.
Next drop eggs in and cook for 12 minutes at a rapid boil.

This is exactly how I do mine, I’ll take them out in 8 mins though if I’m eating them with noodles bc I like the texture softer with my noodles.
When you boil eggs you put in water and start timing when it starts to boil, boil eggs for 17 min and they will come out perfect. Rest in cold water for 7 min and the peal under warm water. ❤️🩹Chef Angela

Hello Que, purchase an electric egg cooker. Your eggs will come out perfect every time. After your eggs finish cooking, immediately place them in some cold water for a few minutes. Your eggs will be perfectly cooked and the shell will come off very easy. ❤ you Que

Hello beautiful Que! Great job on your 9 day cleanse. When doing your juice cleanse it’s okay to eat the fruit in whole as well. That way you don’t feel like you’re starving. Also rotate the fruit. 1 or 2 weeks have watermelon. The next week cantaloupe the following week mango, honey due melon etc.. You will loose a ton of weight & feels so cleansed. Also incorporate herbal teas. Blessings on your journey❤

The best way to boil eggs is to put the eggs in cool water and let it warm up to a boil for about 15 mins then immediately drop them in ice water for about 5 and peel

Boil the water first then place the eggs in the water and let boil for about 14 min. Perfect everytime. I learned from hashtag with the canons! Soft boiled is about 6 minutes.

@WQ like you said by this video you already reunited with hubby. I think the soft boiled eggs was a better choice with the sauce easier to digest than being cooked hard which can be dry.

@@rhenblogslive6045 That I know as I had an ex who was Nigerian and experienced the challenge getting him to the states so I moved to Kenya for a few months cause it was a country that gave him an easy visa to stay in since I didn't want to stay in Nigeria... it was only cause he extended his visa with me and I'm American that he didn't get denied an extension on the Kenyan visa so it's a challenge for them...
@@candi_flights5290yes I also believe it depends on who you have to do the paper work to help you file for them to come because I also had an ex from Nigeria and I was able to legally get him over here in a matter of months after us getting married I’m not sure what the lady did but she definitely knew what she was doing

There's so many moving parts to it. It's not that easy for Nigerians to obtain a US visa. There's a waiting period and aside from that, there's a line of people already waiting for appointments etc.

i struggled with boiling eggs until i seen a video from aj cannon from hashtag the cannons he boils water first then adds eggs and boils for 9 mins and turns heat off and leaves the eggs covered for about 5 ro 10 mins and then peels and they are perfect everytime
To get the best boiled eggs Que you have to boil them for 30 minutes. Get you a pot sprinkle a little salt and let them boil at least that’s how my mom taught me

You never know the age of the eggs. If they are older then they won't peel like they should. I have the same problem lol hit or missing started adding a tbl spoon of oil to the pot as they boil and it seems to help. Peel them under warm water and that seems to help too.

Poke a tiny hole at the top of the egg place them in boiling water cook high for 10 minutes rest in cold water and they will peel perfectly and be done as well

I have cut down my portions size , and i drink alot of water , eats lot of fruit , vegetables, salad. I have stop snacking in between. God is working it out for me .. when i went to the doctor a week sgo and found out how much i weigh i couldn't believe so now i am doing something about for a healthy life style.
