HI EVERYONE!! I made these delicious pork belly burnt ends that i got from my local butcher shop. I ordered 4 1/2lbs of this pork belly and its was more than enough. I cleaned, cubbed and seasoned with a homemade dry rub with mustard as my binder and placed in my fridge in a ziplock bag for 24hours. I cooked this in my oven for a total of 3 hours. I highly recommend putting these on the grill if you have one, it will make your life so much easier.
I'm currently transitioning from my current location and it's hard for me to show you how i do everything right now. Please be patient with me!! I'm just as excited to show you how i cook everything!!

I made pork belly sliders a few weeks ago. My recipe was very similar to yours. I used Brioche hamburger buns and added coleslaw. We enjoyed this meal very much

@Rachel Haynes It was very good and simple to make. Go to your local Asian grocery store to pick up the pork belly. To me, they have reasonable sized cuts.
Que you should create a Soul food book with all your dishes. I would buy it for sure. I don’t eat pork but that looked soooooo delicious and to watch how you enjoy eating the food makes anyone want to try it or buy it from you, lol 😂. Keep up the great work! Oh baby, Que this is stunning. I know this was a heart felt meal. And I am the type of wife that makes these things for my hubby. This would be way to strong or intense sweetness for me, but I would loveee to cook this for my hubby. And have a couple bites. White rice an veggies seems like the best side for this dish for sure. Maybe even some Bute size raddish paper or lettuce wraps. Yumm! ❤
