Hi Erin! I am huge fan of your classes. It’s been few years already. I enjoy them all. Lately have been dealing with serious health problems and am recovering from surgery at the moment. It’s been very stressful time for me. I tried meditating, but I am having hard time with it. This class was perfect though! I can’t wait to start doing all of your other classes again, hopefully soon… but your gentle classes should keep me going for a while. Thank you for what you are doing. I really appreciate you, now more then ever ❤️

I was just diagnosed with an illness that stiffens the joints and your Gentle Yoga sessions are literally the only exercise I feel capable of doing right now! Thank you Erin... A lovely class. I struggle with Vinyasa or Hatha until I have been up and about for several hours...I find your stretch, yin, gentle classes set me up for a more challenging class later in the morning. No excuses now not to do yoga with the sunrise!! 😌😌🙏🙏

This week has been so hard... I had to find a new school for my daughter because hers has been closed since Sept 19th (a 7.1 earthquake damaged it), switch all of my work activities from evening to morning (losing my beloved yoga sessions first thing in the day), get used to eating at different times, just EVERYTHING!!!!! So tired and tense :( This session has restored my body awareness and sanity, you have no idea how important this was to me, thank you so so much for sharing your practice over the Internet... Namaste from the bottom of my heart.

This practice has resolved all of my lower back problems. I normally do Vinyasa and my lower back usually hurts all the time but this has More or less has eliminated it I’m so grateful and I wanted to thank you. I also do yin yoga and this still is more effective At alleviating my lower back pain than that.
This is the perfect gentle practice and left me feeling restored and calm, easing tension throughout my body, mind and energy. Also very much enjoyed the nature sounds, which helped in relaxing. Thank you so much! Liked and Subbed! 🙏💓
One of my favorite routines. Sometimes I do legs up the wall instead of savasana. Gentle with mantra or meditation is also very good. I like your nature sounds, no background music is necessary.

I noticed that you recommend using a towel when in Childs pose for more support is that something that is necessary or something you recommend? I don’t feel like I need the support but my bottom does not touch the back of my feet and I Wanted to be sure I’m not committing some kind of fatal error that could undo the good this practice has Done for my back
