      He should get onto a channel that actually gets views. This channel is more stale than a loaf of bread left out in the Arizona sun for a month.

    Phil, great video as always. Is there a way to do a "cheat" or "home" reverse hyper for those of us who dont have access to the machine?

    • @tboland728

      There's no easy (and effective) option. There are tons of plans for DIY home models if you're a little handy

    One of the best ways to do GPP is pulling a sled.

  • @fredcharlotte

    Lol, it's always fun to see people comment on how the reverse hyper is being used wrong, who've apparently never watched a video of the guy who invented the machine using it in exactly the same manner. I guess he must have been doing it wrong too. 😅

    Would you still advise doing hypertrophy work for an athlete that is already at the upper end of their weight class and doesn't want to cut too much weight??

    Lol at her reverse hyper demonstration. That's not how you perform the reverse hyper. Multi things wrong with her technique but worst of all is this is not just using momentum to get the weight swinging lol

    • @PhilDaruStrong
      @PhilDaruStrong 3 года назад +13

      There’s several ways to perform hypers loose swing, glute focus, t-spine locked. I’ve learned how to perform these from Louie himself, but I appreciate your critique.

    • @pryme2013
      @pryme2013 3 года назад

      @@PhilDaruStrong getting the weight(which if done correctly would have been way too heavy for her) swinging under it's own momentum is no way I've ever seen the reverse hyper performed properly.
      On the down stroke it should come to or nearly come to a stop.

    • @PhilDaruStrong
      @PhilDaruStrong 3 года назад +4

      @@pryme2013 your right and that would be only to develop strength and not restoration with a loose swing would be more for traction. We also use a pause at the top mostly done with little to no weight at all.
