Playing against a good Paradox is tough; that character is really annoying.

Early game enchanters barrier or reactive barrier is pretty good, anything that gives you spirit shield. late game if she's really sniping you with swap, you could always go ethereal shift after she swaps with you.

Also keep in mind everytime she uses her 3 it has a very noticeable sound queue, try not to peek when you hear the ticking clock
