Do you ever go further out than the 7miles to that gate? Ever thought about traveling the whole trail? You could wild camp it! Ever seen the film (or read the book) the trail is based on, Tarka the Otter?
I have been out to the end a couple of times, but 14 miles is usually a good length ride for me, would be nice if I could find some nice spots to wild camp. And I haven't read the book, but have heard about it, maybe I should get a copy 😃
