This part is very unterrated. While the first part is beautiful and one of my absolute favorite music of the game. This part is the Minecraft playing experience for me. I don't know why, it just fits so well to everything I'm doing in the game. When I remember digging a tunnel somewhere, walking from A to B to get some resources while I prepare for building something or a mining trip.

Part 2: Soft beat, happy sounding, and makes me feel curious to see if i can get gold for apples and trading in the nether, diamonds for making tools, Lapis lasuli for enchanting, and such.
This game is simply magical.

This song sounds like straight up curiousity and childlike wonder. Part 1 is the stormy night where you can cry alone in the dark, but part 2 is like the morning after where the sunlight is filtering through the leaves, there's dewdrops shimmering on the bushes and flowers, and lots of puddles to embrace your inner child around.
Overall just gives me a sense of nostalgia that I love. I wish I could be a child again.

While the first part of the song definitely makes me more emotional, I still think I prefer this part because of how well it fits the game. Hearing this just makes me feel like I'm on another planet. When I was a kid, I didn't like to play hearing most of the others songs cuz they seemed kinda gloomy for me. I would disable and able sound when other tracks played, UNLESS it was this one. I loved this one so much!! It's so cheerful and cute!!
I have this habit of daydreaming about different made up places and environments that I would love to go to, and they all have the same kind of feel to them for some reason, and this part of Mice on Venus has the exact same "aesthetic" as these worlds I've imagined. I absolutely love to listen to this while drawing these places because I feel like I can perfectly capture exactly the way I've imagined them. Sleeping to this song is also nice, because if I'm lucky, I might even end up dreaming that I'm in these imaginary worlds. Thankyou so much for making this, words can't express how happy I am that I've found this video. :)

I love how this one sounds kind of 'witchy' and reminds me of some kind of forest wizard/witch place with little glowing wisps/faeries and stuff; gives off an overall fantasy/medieval D&D vibe. Of course, I appreciate the emotionality of the first half, and it's not bad, but I really don't understand the whole "first half is better" bandwagon. Like, there are so many remixes and renditions of the first half that don't even include this half, and not even all uploads of the original song include this half even though it's literally supposed to be part of the song. This one ain't quite gettin' the love it needs; you, sir, have done a service uploading this, though!

I love this theme, I remember hearing this in my creative world back in 2012 when I spawned a ghast, curious what it was. The mysterious creature that appeared as if from an alien world. This theme still sits with me as if it was like your finding new things, discovering the amazing features of Minecraft

the calm is you exploring, mining, only expecting coal, then the synth comes in when you find your first diamonds, then once you break the ore and collect it it goes calm again, then you see more diamonds and the synth comes back, and as you continue to collect blocks, and explore the map, the synth becomes louder as you place that last block on your base. Then it goes calm again, then you log off.
I always had these strange dreams that I hated, and I drew them to cope with it. Now, I just listen to this song whenever I need to sleep. It makes me feel nostalgic and happy.

This one is more nostalgic for me it really makes me sad when I was curious everything was fun and bright and innocence and now I don’t have those things, the world used to be so big and unknown and I loved that there were so many ideas and things to do and that’s why there wasn’t anything stress, everything was colourful and much more vibrant and brighter then it is now, less awkward, more kind, and easier to just be freinds with anyone
I like part 1 more because it makes ne feel more nostalgic part 2 makea me feel adventurous part 1 makes me remember chilling in my houae sorting ny chests because i dumped ny inventory the day before.
And i also heard part 1 in a technoblade video so now ny brain associates part 1 with techno and it makes the nostalgic sad factor x10
This is so different from the first half of the song. Honestly, C418 could have made this a separate song and made it hal5.ogg (because this part is more similar to the hal songs than the piano songs). But I think the reason he put these very different parts together is to show the diversity of Minecraft; it’s beautiful and nostalgic and lonely, which is represented by the first half, but before you notice you get so lost in the gameplay itself, which is represented by the second half.
The second part makes me feel like I'm in an underground burrow network, with a bunch of rat people who also live there. Also, it's the medieval era and everyone is dressed in this way.

it is just called mice on venus, but due to it's distinct parts, I uploaded them separately, which everyone seems to have liked, and later made 1 hour loops for them.
