Few notes from a trainer: 1. I can totally see your arms leaning! 2. On the hip thrusts: doing the barbell ones is important because it causes you to recruit a lot more muscle to balance. That said, the static one on the machine is really good for building the large muscles. I recommend doing both, so maybe on this plan you can do each once per week? Then it won't be so tedious having to set it up every time. The other thing you could do to do a more balance-focused hip thrust that's a little less labour-intensive in the setup is get a heavy dumbbell and do them on a balance ball (that's actually my favourite) 3. The push-up you're doing there is actually more of a tricep push-up. Awesome form on that but if you want more chest-focused, you actually do want your elbows out and arms more at 90 degrees. Think of it as a reverse bench press. I think both types are important so maybe alternative days with those too?
