Yay! Excited to see a new video! Also, I totally believe becoming pregnant is always God's timing. With our first one we tried for 2 years before we got blessed with a healthy pregnancy. And during those 2 years we renovated a kitchen on our own in our first home, ended up selling that house and buying one closer to our families and then we renovated the kitchen in our second home and as those renovations started to wrap up we found out we were pregnant. It felt like the perfect timing with all of that behind us and we never stopped praying and didnt give up hope! We are now pregnant with our second after only 2 months of trying. He is due in February!
the Oura ring is also so nice to track ovulation! I always ovulated later in my cycle, so it was difficult to find the correct time. definitely recommend the Oura ring :)

How did you go about finding a yoga studio like that? I really love doing yoga and have wanted to find a class, but I don’t want one that does all the chakra spiritual stuff.
hey! so about the Yoga! as a christian but also indian i am obvs pretty familiar with hinduism, which yoga comes from. i realized that a lot of people are uneducated about it. the Yoga that you are doing in these fitnesses places are NOTHING like hindu yoga that you are doing in the temple, even with the “hippie” stuff added to it. the “hippie” stuff literally means nothing lol. (my mom grew up doing yoga at catholic schools in india)
Hi sorry let me clarify that I said "fertility issues" followed by the fact that I have had anovulatory and irregular cycles my entire life (since starting my cycle), which is by definition fertility issues, not to be confused with claiming I have infertility! I am aware it takes awhile (:
