This was a really nice way to learn the absolute basics of brikwars! Super easy to understand coming from someone who hasn't played many tabletop rpg's.
Glad it helped! The rules can sometimes be a tad confusing, so video tutorials have always been great for me for that reason!
It's always oddly sobering seeing RUclipsrs in comment sections... I think it's because most RUclipsrs in their videos don't do stuff that is super relatable normally. So when you imagine that person typing out of comment, it adds almost a point of relation. Anyways, I'm rambling so all of this to say... Fancy seeing you here
GREAT intro! I really love BrikWars, and Mike Rayhawk has always seemed like a really nice guy. Another great vid. Thanks!
You bet he is! Funnily enough he was the one who gave me the idea to make this video first since it was a more bite-sized introduction
Hey man, thank you so much for this video, genuinely. Me and my cousin just arnt in it financially for war hammer but your guides have really helped open a new door for us to enjoy tabeltop wargaming with some of our old Legos we had when we were kids. Your videos make it super easy to help our friends get into it as well without intimidating them. You're awesome!
Great vid. Where can I find the Quickwars! Rules to Download ?
Great little intro to Brikwars! Thanks for making the effort to create this.

Really cool. I wasn't sure the new rulebook came out yet but obviously it has. Great video!

I am quite hyped and try to get all my nerd friends into this :D
Thank you for this
Awesome!

Can you please make more videos on the Brikwars rule book?
They are in the works! I moved recently so I'm having to unpack a lot of boxes at the moment until I can get my studio set up! But don't worry, more BrikWars videos are in the docket ^^
@@ghiojo Fantastic!
You recomand any theme for the armies? Factions per se
Oh lord where to start, it depends on what you want to do! How seriously do you want to take the game? Do you want to go for? the beauty of brikwars is how anything really works. I personally like going for medieval factions with fantasy aspects, such as dwarves with war machines, lion knights with bowmen and pikemen.
But nothing really stops you from doing something like a sci-fi empire trying to take over the world, or an army of farm animals that a bunch of druids cast awaken on, and now have their own druids doing the same, having the objective to awaken all farm animals in the world.
What I can recommend you is to work out what aspect of the game you want to focus on, check weapons, check the more advanced rules of brikwars, and go for what you like the most!
What is that green and yellow torso (seen on the figure rolling away)?
It's a custom torso I made with the Build a Minifig machine when I went to the Lego store in Amsterdam! I used the blue and white base and then carefully painted over it, I'm happy with the result to be honest! (albeit I'm sad you can only print in white... and it's not perfect, if you check over you can notice some issues)
