I swear the main theme for Simple was at least partially written live. When they finally did start playing the full tune in 94, it stuck in my head for a very long time… I will never forget the Fairfax, VA 94 version when the soccer team came out on a dark stage and did some kind of team cheer 🫠
I've seen so many shows at The Palace, sadly not Phish though. I was 15 in 93 and none of my friends were fans at the time, so it was hard to get to a show an hour away. I made up for it in 94 though!
