I don't understand why people often complain about Xtreme 160R's pillion seat. Bro, this isn't a commuter bike, it's a naked or you can say street fighter, so don't expect pillion comfort. Oh, BTW no one ever complained about MT-15, Duke 200, RC 200, or R-15's pillion seat. When it comes to these bikes everyone forgets about the pillion comfort and starts talking about performance. Lol.

But honda has better high speed stability, initial torque is so punchy, vibrabration is almost zero @ any rpm(i use Mos2 engine oil additive), after 48000kms i still get 50kmpl mileage from hornet 2.0 in cities.
I am still keeping the 160R with me for 2 years. Had issues with servicing initiallly but now sorted it out. Hero was recommending upgrade but I am not going to because of no white colour option, taking out kick start, reduction in mileage and ground clearance. Still the bike does a good 90-100 on highways with awesome stabilit, thanks to MRF tyres.

I want suggestions. 1. Budget maximum 2 lakh on road 2. 160cc or 200cc 3. Mileage should be decent not very high but still good more than 35 kmpl 4. I am not a very fast rider. 5. I live in plain areas of Uttarakhand but want to travel to hills of nainital and Pithoragarh. 6. Pillion seat is not an issue (if it good then added bonus)

But meri bhi sun le na.....tyre jitni moti hogi utna adhik area cover karegi and will apply more force( for providing stability )since energy is directly proportional to applied force then thicker tyre will consume more energy wrt thin tyres. Physics --Switching to thicker tires on bikes can increase fuel consumption because they create more rolling resistance, requiring more energy to move the bike forward.Hope u like physics.
