Mistform's alter sleeves make it look like a pet deck, like it's really cared for, same for Akiri's basics. I realize most of my comments are about customization and appearances, but seeing pretty art and personal expression are two of magic's greatest joys for me.

Sorta surprised to see 3 players all below 20 health hitting each other while the 4th player was above 50 health and a lifelink/double strike as one of their commanders.
But I love to see a mono green deck win.
I mean, given how easily he got picked apart not triple-teaming him makes sense.
This was an insanely fun game to watch! So many things going on, and it seemed like everyone was able to make a really cool play.
I did not expect the game to end that way. Bravo!
Man, I love Baru, he is one of my favourite commanders, but I have never seen a game where he pops off like crazy, but this was a great one
At 4:41, Micah morphs Gift of Doom and attaches it to Kadena. Then blocks Wyleth with Kadena. This is illegal, because Kadena is blue and Wyleth has protection from blue due to the Sword of Fire and Ice. If you ignore the blocking part, the protection would also prevent the damage dealt by Kadena, meaning that the deathtouch wouldn't do anything.
GREAT video, but where is that Baru decklist? Need my wurm fix.
Wyleth should've trampled through the combat he died (around @4:30). You still assign what would be lethal (not taking into account indestructible) to the creature and then the rest to the player, it's just that the indestructible creature then doesn't die.

Possibly! This is an older game, so it would not have the new stuff.

Not relevant to the outcome at all, but I don't believe classes get counters of any kind. Similar to the new cases, they just gain the status "level 2/3," so you cannot use proliferate to level them up.

Why play mistform? Apart from, I think he is neat type dealios.
Because he looks like an Orvar with most of its text erased, so why not play Orvar instead
What I'm not seeing?
Because its always been a Mistform deck so Muddstah is attached to it by now. Orvar might be objectively better, but sometimes that's not what you want. Nothing wrong with playing a weaker commander because you like it more.

I have a Kadena deck and you really need finishers otherwise you are just slowing down the table and doing some value shenanigans

Micah kept using his morphs offensively and ran out of gas when he got targeted. I don't target anyone's stuff with my morphs unless its coming after me.

@5:16 There is no reason to play a flash creature during your main phase, when you already planned on not casting anything else except your commander. Save the flash for a non-creature spell, or end of turn.
@10:56 Sac the flash creature to counter sylvan library. It's too strong to let go through.
