This was by far one of the most interactive games I have ever since on this channel and I am totally here for it. What a game. More decks and games like this please Muddstah! I'll keep showing up!
@@jeremyhayes1163 Check the rulings: "If Rest in Peace is destroyed by a spell, Rest in Peace will be exiled and then the spell will be put into its owner's graveyard."
Pretty mana bases are always a plus, but extra points to Max and Marie for also running featured artist basics, to boot. Not to mention excellent slugfest gameplay, sometimes þreat assessment was a little questionable, but everyone played out and made a show of it, especially towards þe end.
Do your games have a house rule that people must attack, or do you encourage people to attack with everything available? I'm confused by some of the combat decisions. Marie swung out, and left herself wide open to a lethal backswing. Just curious, thanks! Love the vids! Keep 'em comming!
Massacre Wurm would trigger on the board wipe, and it would trigger 3 times for each creature with each oponent losing 6 life for each creature thats dying in their board.
Sweet game to be recapped here, but honestly, this is why I stopped playing so much removal/board wipes. Not trying to play a 2 and a half hour game if I can help it -- I'd MUCH rather lose and go onto the next one lol.
Being one of the players at the table I can say that although a lot of removal was played, the game certainly didn't feel like 2+ hours. I particularly enjoyed the amount of interactions every player was able to bring and everyone was able to rebuild decent boards without too much struggle. :)
@@Marie-zg7lw I have a lot of games that reeeaaally feel like a slog when a ton of removal is played. Obviously, to each their own. Glad to hear you guys had fun in this one and thanks for sharing the game with us.
There's a y in Ilysian Grove. It's not Ilsian Grove. So it is pronounced "Ill-ee-zee-un". It's a reference to the "Elysian Fields" of Greek mythology, and it's a Greek word.

Watching Marie and Felix at each others throats when Max was sitting there at 20 life was like wat?
To be fair it was turn 15 and Felix had 7 mana to their 15+. They looked pretty out of the game.
slight mistake but Oona queen of the Fae isn't a rogue so her dealing combat damage wouldn't cause Anowon to trigger and mill the defending player
Dang! What an ending! Not sure how to explain it without spoiling it for everyone lol!
Great game! And a showing from the flip Elesh, she is by FAR my favorite mono white commander right now.
More artist showcase games!
This game was absolutely amazing.
That was an amazing game. I wasn't expecting the game to go the way it did. Bravo!
That was a back and forth game! I'm surprised Argent Etchings dodged all the Aura Shards triggers.
Very cool to see Elesh Norn
Rest in Peace's own replacement effect applies to itself if it would be put into the graveyard from the battlefield. It should've been exiled.
Incorrect. When it is destroyed it is no longer on the bf and it's affect isn't in effect anymore. It leaves the bf before it would hit the gy
@@jeremyhayes1163that is incorrect. Google it, the first result says rest in peace sees itself die so it is exiled
@@jeremyhayes1163Nope, sorry. RIP will be exiled if it's destroyed. The spell destroying it would go to the graveyard

Seb has an excellent taste in sleeves
Don't go teasing me with Clone High! "More like Catherine the So-so!"
I love surprise gameplay videos.
It looked to me like that Anikthea was trying to Pringle itself right off the battlefield 😂

That was so sad for Maxime and all the graveyard exile fr

Nope, no real house rules!
Straight battle cruise magic there.
I'm not sure I'd call it battlecruiser. There was a lot more interaction than you'd expect in a battlecruiser pod.
Im deciding which playmats to get for magali.. im a big fan

Oh heck yeah! Thanks for the extra gameplay!
cool to see a game where people where packing removal and really active
I don't get why the silver hetchings wasn't blown up by Aura Shards.
Estuvo intensa la partida por lo que veo, todos dieron lo mejor de si mismos
16 turns. Holy cow.
Damn I feel like Max got bullied hard and Seb was left mostly alone hahaha
WEEEESLEYYYYYYYYY!!!
Sadly I saw that ending. That being said I love that Teysa deck.
Oh this is how a game should look like, not 3 turn games with counters and combos only
Boardwipe tribal from Marie lol
March surprise
just need more board wipes
Clearly we needed at least 3 Farewell's to resolve this game.

Good to know! I'll try to pronounce it correctly moving forward.
Too many board wipes… lol
