I think Sutan is the best proof of how great you guys are doing. She is smart, happily active, caring, considerate, and most importantly confident in herself. That is all because you guys give her the safety, security, and open love to allow it for her.
Life lessons I learned from this video:
-Sutan is making work-like-balance of parents easier by being a sweet, responsible, (and sensible 😂) child.
-Sutan is sweet, responsible, and sensible because of how she was raised.
In conclusion, make raising your child the first priority for a better and more fulfilling work like balance.
I watch KimonoMom specifically because I want to learn to be as patient if I have a child and Moe and Moto are with Sutan. They are the perfect example although they curate their videos, I am thankful for the inspiration❤

Moe, I really don't think you have to worry about Sutan! You and Moto have done a fine job of raising her. It's said that the most critical years for a child are the first 5, so you guys have passed with flying colors! The fact that you take her on your trips and spend time in the kitchen with her is more than my parents ever did, and my mom was a stay-at-home mom. In fact, maybe it is time for Sutan to explore friendships with other children away from you as I've noticed she is becoming somewhat shy in public lately, possibly because she is around adults so often.
I love how Moe-san and Moto-san support each other no matter if it's work or outside of work. Going on walks is a great way to spend time together and refresh the mind from what might be going on in either part of your life. It would be fun to be able to go on a trip to Japan as that's been on my bucket list for a very long time now.
The look of excitement Sutan gives Moe when she heard Moto at the door...so precious. ❤
This the reason why I keep watching your video for a long time. You didn't hide the struggle in you and your family. On the contrary, you reveal every aspect of your life. I am always impressed with Sutan when she sings, even when sometimes she does it to be silly. She does it so well for a child as young as she is. First I saw their interaction on IG. I enjoyed their warm interactions, filled with lots of calming sentences. Especially with the little girl Sutan, she is able to express herself and make those around her laugh, she is a confident, active, caring, gentle and even smart girl. Sutan's ability to make other people excited with her funny behavior. The adult Sutan will become a woman like her mother, and her assertiveness like her father. It is difficult sometimes to find “balance” between work and life, especially when you have to work super hard to realise your goals! But that doesn’t have to be a bad thing- Sutan sees you working hard to chase your goals, she sees her parents working together and have fun, and she sees you working with purpose. I know that Moe wants to get a car, but the sight of Moe and Moto riding together on a bike after work and remembering the times back then is really comforting! I also enjoying watching the trio cuddling in bed together as well, sooo adorable!
a car can be a big status symbol in Japan because you either have the house with the parking space or you got to pay extra for a parking space, either way it's a wallet flex.

Thank you for this video, I was curious about what your husband did for a job. I saw that we were seeing him more and more in your videos I thought that was awesome how supportive he was with your own dreams and your RUclips work. How fortunate that you are able to work with your husband and likewise, it's like having your best friend around you all the time, also with your lovely daughter (she has better cooking skills than me!).
Believe Moto used to manage a few restaurants. So a lot of late and long nights as that is when people go out to eat and a lot of travelling, managing other restaurants. It was something along those lines. If you go back in the videos there are some where Moe & Sutan would go eat at the restaurants while Moto was there working

I definitely agree with Moto-San, that yeah, times have change and if men go and work to make the money, it’s always best to have both Partners that do work, to keep it separate of both work and home ethic. Even if being at home, it’s always making sure that everything is still there and providing for the family.

If you look at the last video -where Moto stays home with Sutan for two days and Moe goes to Kyoto to do a Tea ceremony- at the end of the video Moto shows a secret video to Moe and Sutan and you can see Sutan's reaction to it. It was priceless :)!!

You and Moto seem to have a better work/life balance because you've decided to work together as a team. You manage to include Sutan in so many of your activities, though that might change over time once she's at school. Sutan seems to stop you from overdoing things, though it still happens occasionally. I like the way Sutan tries to take the tension out of some of your discussions when they start getting a bit out of hand. You are all doing a grand job while helping your overseas fans try Japanese cuisine by making it easier. It's a pleasure to enjoy your videos and a privelege to be part of your lives.
