Hi everyone! It is shocking that this advice is not more broadly shared with all job interview candidates. The amount of strong visuals your provide in your interview will directly correlate with your success. I really hope this video helps!!

Hey Jeff, first off - thank you so much for your amazing content, if I could share how much it has helped me upskill & level up my interviewing game, you would be surprised, thank you! I had a couple questions I could take your opinion on: I had interviews for the role of SA360 specialist, a total of 2 rounds testing GCA+RRK, and then 2 hiring manager rounds with different HM's (one more senior than the other). My R1 & R3 went pretty good with only strong feedback. But R2 performance was not so good and left some questionable feedback on GCA. My final round with the hiring manager was pretty crazy in the sense that he was much more pressure testing me, which felt unlike standard Google interviews and culture, but I would say it went alright. I had 2 questions -
    1. How much do you think the bad (?) feedback of R2 will impact my chances of making it to Google
    2. Is it normal to pressure test in the interviews?
Thanks for any help you can give Jeff! :)

@adityaverma5297, you may be able to retake your GCA interview if all the other feedback is strong and it is possible that you did better than you think, but I will trust your instincts on how it went. And yes, it is not uncommon to get pressure tested, even in a Google interview and it is more common from a hiring manager. I don't know if this feedback was helpful. Keep us posted!

Sir How to job search effectively & mention a 5 years career gap due to family reasons in my resume when i haven't done any new courses in that period but have all essential knowledge and skills required to do the job ? How to effectively mention it in interviews also to not spoil our chances.. Does LinkedIn messaging directly help or any other methods..

@mohibquadri4053, so to start, with any tricky concept, we only discuss it if our interviewer brings it up, if they don't, I wouldn't proactively introduce it. But, we both know it will come up. I would add it to your resume, it could be listed as parental care, child care, whatever it might be, give at least a little bit of context. It is important to be able to tell interviewers how you have been enhancing any skills that would be critical to performing well on the job, so that item is important to explore. Specifically, you should be working on enhancing your skills with courses, events, certifications as soon as possible.

@@jeffhsipepiGot it 😊 As you've mentioned after doing these things which idea/method i should use ans how for job search to get job faster ? Cold email or cold call to potential recruiters or directors.. what would be better techniques in such a situation.. once i messaged directly to a recruiter on LinkedIn and it fortunately converted into an interview offer some years back.
