High levels of sustained stress are detrimental to the body, mind, and erections. The relentless news cycle contributes to widespread anxiety, fear, and tension. This intense environment affects everyone, often subconsciously.
    Stress has a profound impact on sexual health. Stress, anxiety, and catastrophic thinking hinder sexual arousal and performance. It's crucial to manage these emotions to maintain healthy intimate relationships. Discussions about tax policy, immigration, or equal rights are not typical preludes to intimacy. We need to shift our focus away from politics during intimate moments.
