Hello what type of spray paint did you use for this? Your trays are nice.
I used the 99cent spray paint from Home Depot
Love it! Have you tried it on the clear plastic tray?
No I have not, sometimes the resin and plastic doesn’t adhere well
To adhere your image more accurately, hold it in a U shape then proceed to place it on the tray or whatever you are placing images on.
The dollar tree trays have a light embossed design on them does the spay paint help hide that ?
Yes! Some colors you might have to do 2 coats
How do you stop the drippage around the sides of the tray during the drying process?
Periodically check for drips to wipe off or you can sand them down once they are dry
Omg I was just about to ask this question bc for the life of me I couldn’t figure out how to prevent the sides of the tray from dripping!

Yes I wear a respirator mask with a filter. I will try to purchase some more trays to do an entire rolling tray set

I clean them with soap and water. I’m not sure if they are dishwasher safe

Yes. I use the print and cut feature, so it sends it to the printer first then I place it on my mat for the cricut to cut it out.

Do you ever have trouble with the edges and the resin not adhearing? Im having a terrible time and not sure what im doing wrong? Maybe not letting paint dry fully?...help please
I’m sorry to hear that, I have never had that problem. Do you have a oily substance on the edge or maybe check to see if there is any air pockets that could lead to lifting

No I did not seal it but you can with clear enamel spray paint

So you didn't seal the printable vinyl with Acrylic spray before you added epoxy?
You don’t need to do that no. The epoxy can go straight over the vinyl
So did you seal your trays after you spray paint them. If not do you use a certain spray paint so the paint does not peel when adding the adias decal?. I thought it would peel soon as the transfer tape touch it.
I do not seal them, I use rust-oleum spray paint. I have never had a problem when peeling my transfer tape off. But I recommend sealing them if you use the 99cent spray paint
What brand is the printable vinyl?
No brand name, just ordered from Amazon
At what point is it okay to use the lighter? As soon as you see bubbles even if it's wet, or wait until dry
Use the lighter as soon as you see the bubbles while it’s wet. It will pop the bubbles and smooth over
Hi, was your printable vinyl done on a card stock with the eagle that you did?
No it was done on printable vinyl I found on Amazon

Is there a specific type of printable vinyl you use?? I use the Hobby Lobby brand which is white paper, and it leaves like slight lines throughout the paper.. I have tried two different printers. I have also used the printable sticker clear vinyl and the ink doesnt come out as dark PLZ HELPP
No I actually ordered a generic brand from Amazon because I didn’t have luck with the Michaels brand.
I wouldn’t recommend the clear sticker vinyl either. Have you ever tried the shipping labels from Avery?

I leave them to dry wherever I made them. I don’t move them after I put resin on them

I usually sand the epoxy down or scrape it off with my Precision knife
