Thank you so much for you tutorials. You are amazing and you give me a passion for crafting. I did the ornament Diva wreath for my moms living room. You are a great teacher especially because you give us shortcuts or cheaper options. Keep Diva-ing I'll keep watch-ing lol.
Thank you so much for the measurements! I've been playing around with them myself but still a lil off and just starting out so can't waste too much! Youre a life saver!
Thank you so much for sharing this video. I make rolling tray sets as well. I performed a test to see how lit cigarettes' work with the epoxy and it left burn marks. I will try one of your methods on my next set.
Thank you miss Tanishia! One of the best tutorials on this topic. Love the way you articulate yourself and straight to the point. I bought my supplies and a cricut explorer today and can’t wait to experiment . Hope my rolling trays/ ash trays turns out like yours. Much love and hope to see more tutorials from you. You got a subscribe from me 💖💖
Hey Tanisha , I swore a while back I watched your video and you mentioned you had a cut out of the inner inside of the tray to fit exact measurements that you selling ?
When you say “decal” do you mean that you’re printing the graphic on clear sticker paper? Do you mind sharing the source for obtaining the materials to make the decals? Thanks! Love your work!!
The decals are purchased already printed. They are the ones like you stick on your walls from dollar tree, Home Depot, hobby lobby. But of course printing on clear sticker paper will do the very same thing
Nice work. When you use just clear sticker paper do you seal with acrylic or epoxy. It’s so dang hard not getting dust particles in when using epoxy. I like the clear sticker paper idea. Please share. Thank you and keep up the great work
I still use Epoxy when I do the clear sticker paper because I want the surface of the tray to be smooth for rolling. That epoxy makes that so smooth and slick
Hey everyone! I found Ms Carolyn for those wanting to see her method for “ALL OVER” tray coverage! She’s awesome. ruclips.net/channel/UCyg7pds4MCpxCYmQN0xZ2cQ
Thank you so much for putting us on!! I'm so glad I came across your video! So you're saying that Rustoleum is a substitute for Epoxy Resin? Just making sure I understand clearly :)
It’s not a substitute truly! Nothing beats Epoxy. It doesn’t make the hard smooth rolling surface that I prefer for the tray! But for a decorative tray that’s not going to be really used for rolling the Rustoleum will work!
@@rhondacw777 it may work better! I’m going to do another video using different things for final coat and show everyone! Give me a few days to gather supplies. 🥰
Ms. T..thank you for being so forthcoming with your ideas and tutorials..im inspired and will continue to watch your page, especially because of your precise explanations.
I no longer sell completed sets but it kind of depends on how many pieces they want. Ashtray, jar, grinder etc. but a 4 pc set averaged $30-$35 for me ❤️
I do not. I order all of my jars in quantity from Amazon. I don’t know if they have the type of charger looking for however. I can’t imagine that they wouldn’t
Tanishia great tutorial I just started making sets so this was very helpful but I did have a question about your rolling trays. Do you epoxy the bigger area and the spray the edges? And which do you do first?
im new ti this just git my cricuit can you help me out on the measurement of the ash tray with the vinyl circle and what type of clear paper did you use thanks in advance

Tanishia AKA Craft-T ok when you are doing the rolling tray and you let’s say pink vinyl do your letters have to be pink or can you have different color letters like black...?
Yes ma'am that is spray on the ashtrays. Or use spray glaze. A light coat and let it dry. Don't use a whole lot. It get sticky and tacky and doesn't look smooth at all.
As a fellow crafter, I really really enjoyed watching you!
Thank you so much!

That's a great idea
Thank You Miss Tanishia!

How did you do the glitter tray, was the glitter added to the epoxy or did you put it on the tray first
I actually used Rustoleum glitter spray paint. But I had to use primer first on that one.
@@TanishiaWynette did you seal it before putting on epoxy
I’m trying to learn to do these trays but do people paint the backs also or jus leave silver???
I’ll leave mine silver. Unless it gets a little messed up then I paint it. But generally I leave at Silver

Thank you for being so detailed. As a beginner it's appreciated. Do you make scoop cards? If so, could you make a detailed tutorial?
Tell me what a stupid card is I am not familiar with it?
All you need is a laminator for it
can you use that spray for the rolling tray instead epoxy
Great job. How to you get you epoxy to look so smooth???
ALUMILITE Easy Cast
Can I use the glaze to spray the entire tray instead of epoxy
You could do that. The results are not the same however. I’ve tried many substitutions for Epoxy and nothing compares. 😊
Great work ❤
Im a new subbie!!! You are so informative... Thank you for sharing! The spray nozzle thingy... Where did you get it from? Is it better to use?
Most hardware stores carry them for about $3. I ordered a pair from amazon for about $6.
And thank you for your support!!🥰

I love your video beautiful flower, very detailed!! Where did you say you get your ashtrays?

Hi Craft T, was curious how you price the individual pieces as well as the sets?
I have always used a simple method of my costs multiplied x3. I price my 4pc set at $30 but add depending on personalization & special detail.
Ms. T..thank you for being so forthcoming with your ideas and tutorials..im inspired and will continue to watch your page, especially because of your precise explanations.
This is great very detailed ! Can I get a tray video ?
I am working on it as we speak as well as a simple kit for others to utilize to make their own.
So how do you put the pic if you don’t have a cricuit can you laminate it then lay the epoxy??
Hi, I'm new to this. Do you do custom matching lighters to trays? If so what can I use if I only have a printer? Thanks
How do you print out the sports logo on a cricut? I have a cricut joy but it doesn’t allow me to print those type of pictures out
Print then cut. That’s a Cricut function
Great Video... Where did you find your grinders?
I haven’t yet but I am open for suggestions.
Great video. Can you tell me how to get my LLC or give me some info please.
I used a company called Zen Business! ❤️
Before coming across your video I spray painted the entire ash trays that I have. Is it safe to sale them with my rolling trays?
How does that work with cherry or flame??? I don't know if the paint will burn???
I am confused, do you not use epoxy at all on your trays? Can you clarify what you use on trays to get them so shiny please.
Yes I do! Theres a tray tutorial here on my channel. Check it out!
Very nice work! ( new sub ) 👍🏾❤️😍💯
Thank you! I hope it helps
Can you link where you buy the ash trays please 😁

I’ve been ordering from Amazon. I’m considering using another oversees source for a better deal
Any best epoxy alternative for the trays?
I have yet to discover one. I hear the triple thick works but I haven’t tried it!

Alluminite...I ordered directly from the company yet it’s much cheaper than Amazon or Michaels crafts

Tanishia
do you have a diy for your rolling trays
I think I better make one! 💜
Tanishia great tutorial I just started making sets so this was very helpful but I did have a question about your rolling trays. Do you epoxy the bigger area and the spray the edges? And which do you do first?
I epoxy the large area and to the edges last. It may be possible to do it the other way around, but I haven’t dared! Lol 😆
how do you paint the rolling tray
Hun you have to WATCH the video. It tells you everything
Do you resin the sticker paper?
Resin is the final step over EVERYTHING! All stickers and paper go under resin
im new ti this just git my cricuit can you help me out on the measurement of the ash tray with the vinyl circle and what type of clear paper did you use thanks in advance
Stay tuned. I’m doing a much more detailed tutorial this weekend.
Did you use sealer after decal or epoxy?
I use the “spray “ acrylic by Rustoleum
How do you ship without the glass ash tray no breaking
I use large bubble wrap and the small USPS Priority box! So far so good!
What size is the circle?
Where do you get your sports stuff from??
Mostly Etsy! I buy SVG bundles!!! Especially Chiefs since I’m in KC!! Woot! Woot!

Where do you get your air tight jars
I ordered mine from Amazon they come in a box of 12 for about $16
Where do you get the rolling trays from
Was ordering from Dollar Tree but they have decided to discontinue the trays that so many of us love so well.... I now order from China. 🤷🏾♀️
I tried putting the vinyl on back but once I sprayed with the sealant the vinyl rolled up.
you probably sprayed too much..
I agree with destiny... try a light coat and make sure your vinyl is sealed down tight

@@TanishiaWynette Okay, Thank you!

Alluminite... they’re the best for me and easiest to mix. It cures fast.
