Thanks so much! I enjoy looking at different things. Thrifting is a lifestyle and you never know what amazing things are out there if you don’t look. Hehe 💕
Thanks Annette! Yes, I am so happy with the pyrex I found! And the earring holder I just couldn’t pass up. I’m not even a cat person and I was like okay that’s fantastic lol!
You should do a video of your cookbook collection and tell why certain ones are your favorite ones, go through favorite fast recipes and baking tips. I think some viewers would like this.
I collect random corelle plates in different patterns. You find individual plates at goodwill all the time so I collect them one at a time. I have a great little collection but would love to find that pattern you found today. Love it!
Good picks, Sue! As I was editing I saw several more things I wished I had grabbed. The carts are small at this goodwill, so I always find it challenging to get too much there.
Hi Nicole. Always fun to shop with you. You dont rush through everything. The color of the Compost pot was so pretty. The boat and dock painting is beautiful. Pyrex dish is in such great condition. What a find. Green and yellow pattern Corelle dishes are pretty. cNever saw that pattern.
Great haul Nicole!I love old pyrex but dont have any idea about it...I wonder if you could do a video on your pyrex collection. Show what ones are in bad condition from dw and what is not common. Love the corelle!Great score! We have no Gw on Vancouver island...Used to enjoy it here years ago
On an upper shelf, there was a stack of 3 small milk glass bowls. They have a basket weave texture on the outside. I can tell you that they are vintage. My mother had those in the 1970s. They could possibly be older, as much of what we had were either thrifted or hand-me-downs. We used them for pudding.
That Pyrex that's whats thrifting is all about. Finding a great treasure for just a couple of dollars. I can imagine your excitement when you found it. That's why i love thrifting so much. You never know what you are going to find.
Exactly! Thrifting at its finest! I didn’t think I would ever get that kind of squeeling with happiness rush thrifting again because they have moved to a lot of online selling of the vintage items.
Yes! I wasn’t expecting such a great trip! Wait until you see tomorrow’s video! You will know just how thrilled I was I went to this goodwill that day lol

@@pamkydes7826 , it was a yellow and green set. On her video it was right at about 9min 45seconds in after the white with green dish I think was a anchor hocking or pyrex dish
Had a comment. Forgot the comment. Had to rewatch the entire video. I don't mind. :) With the pitcher that had the broken glass, could you just get a set of 4 glasses and the pitcher? Would it sell with 4 and not 6?
It probably would sell as a 4 piece. The real problem was my cart was full when I saw it and wasn’t sure how to get it to the checkout in one piece lol. I will have to see if it’s still there and snag it next time. Thanks for watching!
I actually don’t do the raw fish lol I just like cucumber and avocado in mine, ive had a sweet potato one before as well that was good. If I get salmon in it it’s cooked.
It’s so neat the different ways people make basically the same thing. I love all the tried and true recipes, the family heirloom ones. They are so special. Would love to find some hand written ones.
Oh the turquoise snowflake!!! How exciting! I never see Pyrex at goodwill at all anymore. I think they sell it all online here now 😒 That’s an amazing price and my favorite Pyrex color!
Usually they only put DWD out and put $20 on them. I was pretty shocked to see it Jamie! I was trying to prepare myself for the price and the price shocked me more than finding the snowflake in turquoise lol
That turquoise Pyrex dish was Ah-mazing and the price was a wowzer! I’ve seen your videos where the Pyrex was not as nice and way overpriced! You did good today, Nicole!
Yes! Totally shocked when I saw the price. I was going to get it even if it was their normal $10-$20 price anyway because it had been so long since I added a piece to my collection. $3, didn’t even hesitate lol
Sushi is an art and chef’s study it for years. I used to work in a sushi bar and people would expect it to come out fast because most doesn’t have to be cooked, but it takes time. It’s not like making a sandwich! Its challenging. Pyrexia is a real thing, I had it for years. 😳😳😳

It's so good to see you back out thrifting. I have really missed your videos. Be sure to check out kids toys. I got my granddaughter a Mermaid Barbie still in the box for 4 dollar's.
