Did all of your viewers go out and buy an adjustable leg? Lol! Everyplace that I've found online that sells AP 013-135 & 013-070 Adjustable folding table legs & JR 20815 & 20805 Adjustable folding table legs are out of stock. Haven't come across another brand yet that are like these 2 brands. By the way, I love your videos. I just traded in my Altima for a Sienna a couple of weeks ago, a move that took me a step closer to my travel dreams. I've never operated a jigsaw before. I'm somewhat intimidated, but decided so what if I mess up, I can just start over. So any specific & detailed info you give is greatly appreciated. Thank-you so much for taking the time to put these videos together! Very helpful for us beginner carpenters/electricians/plumbers. I have alot to learn. I think alot of us are interested in your build from start to finish. You have such good ideas for such a small space.
Thank you for your comment Linda! I really appreciate your attitude of trying any way. Yes you will learn! Like all of us who build anything. Congratulations for your new Van! You will realize plenty of dream with it! ✌️
Thank you Ronda! I do have a video on editing! I think it will be pretty appropriate for the situation! You give a sens to be more productive! Thank you your comment do make a difference!👍✌️😃
Eric, you have shown this mounting hardware & table on many of your videos and I was hoping you would show it in some details. And Voila! here it is. Thank you from hot, steamy Florida.
Great design & build! Your videos have been very helpful. For those trying to find the rails & legs, search for "AP Products table support" and "Wall Foldable Dining Table Legs, Telescopic Feet, RV Lift Legs". You could also use a French Cleat / Z hanger / Z clip / Z bracket. I will probably use this since it's more accessible and can use the Z bracket to build hooks or a small shelf or a spice rack or whatever you may want to hang up. And for those who need all the details, it looks like his table is about 20" x 40". I'm planning my build and I have watched dozens of videos where people strip their vehicles and put insulation everywhere and install flooring, walls, & ceilings and cut holes in their roofs. After watching your videos, you've convinced me that is all unnecessary. It may be necessary for those who want to travel & live in extreme weathers but since i'm in a mobile home, I don't see any reason to live in freezing or blazing hot weather. And even if i do, I'm sure i can find a way to heat/cool the vehicle without having to destroy it. Thanks again Eric and please keep more videos coming!

Thank you, Eric. Your ideas are so simple and lovely. I am only 4'9 (142cm) and it will be so easy to adjust everything to suit my size. I won't feel like I'm living in a giant's house anymore; my home will be a perfect fit. 🙂 I can't wait to see your next video!
This is the greatest table and will allow me to cook outside easily. And very easy to put together. I love your van conversion videos, because they are projects that people can do without lots of woodworking skill and a wood shop!

Thank you Eric for your video's!!! They are inspiring, informational and so clear. You really are a born teacher. Great to see another video from you! I'm planning on selling my 4Runner and buying a Sienna AWD sometime in the next year, along with a 3" lift kit. I have a similar philosophy to you regarding outfitting: Light, simple, removable, modular. Where did you get that nice top for your table? Keep making videos and please, please make one that shows how you secure your pieces to the van! Or, maybe you can just say how in writing?
This is going to be a very good set up with a 4 runner! You can find nice table top material in a hardware store. Yes it’s a good video idea on how to anchor cabinets, bed, etc. Thank you for the suggestion! ✌️
I didn’t used any. I put some weight in the Van with the cabinets, bed and fridge, but I also removed a lot with the seats that I removed... plus this van is made for 8 persons, this is a lot of weight...
I am from Germany and have built my own simple conversion, but Im also open for new ideas. Love yours also like the bed and the detailled way you explain things! Great and well done. Maybe I adapt a few and change mine a bit. Thank you lots! Stay safe and enjoy Live :-)

I remember that rail design from when I was caravanning with my folks as a kid. I think you're the first person to showcase that for a table design - at least in the videos I've watched. Very useful. I also love your photos from the various places you've visited - they are getting my travel bug all revved up! Thank you for your very useful videos as they are making me believe I can do this too :)

Thank you Eric for this video featuring another innovative solution that improves the livability of your van and demonstrates the creativeness of your designs! Nice work on the build and the thorough video explanation. Any possibility of a video concerning modifications to the van for colder weather, such as window insulation and supplemental heating ideas? Thanks and happy holidays!
This is a really great comment! Thank you Steve . I appreciate! Yes I will do a video about winter van living. I already have video sequences made about it. Good suggestion!👍
Nice job! Thank you. I have a first gen Sienna but I'm on the prowl for a decent second gen with low miles. When I get it I'm going to convert it to a camper and do a long road trip.

Thank you, Eric. Can you post a video of how you made your cabinets and kitchen, etc? I have subscribed to your channel. I like everything on your built.
Hello Griffin, On the following video, you will learn about how to do the cabinets: ruclips.net/video/I9Zr9oZVpF4/видео.html I will do something more specific about the kitchen. Good suggestion! Thank you for appreciation comment!😃
Could you tell me what material you used for the table top and where it can be purchased? It looks like the same material you used for the cabinet doors (Is it 1/2" or 3/4" plywood with a veneer finish?) Thank you so much for these videos. I appreciate your generosity in sharing and look forward to learning from additional videos. David
Hi Eric, I don’t know how I missed this video . It just came to my attention ( March 2022 ) It is going to be a perfect solution! to an SUV camp build I’m doing. I did not want a pull out type table and I had been trying to figure a way to attach to my bed platform at the rear cargo door. Yahoo, problem solved. Thanks. Robin
Hi Eric, your camper layout and design is the best i have seen, i love how everything is contained inside without needing to go out especially if you are in places where you can't open the doors wide to cook. Could I asked for ventilation do you have a vent installed or you just crack the windows? Also for the shower, was it also a DIY project? It is like the best thing I have ever seen. Looking at your camper i am wondering where can I fit an emergency toilet and a shower tent hahaha. I love your design and the thule box. Is it easy for people to steal a thule box in your experience? What size is your Thule box? I am impressed the rack can fit a surfboard, solar panel, shower and a box. Your vehicle is 99.99% perfect, my ideal camper thanks so much for sharing.
Hello Leona! I have a very useful fan that I can move! Yes the shower is a DIY. I will do a video about it. I do have an emergency toilet for no.2 and a day to day system for no.1. I will explain in a video... I have never eared of a stolen Thule box. I think that you would have to break the box to remove it. It is fixed from the inside. It would be quite a job! I have really no worries about it. I do not recall what is the model of that Thule box because it is a replacement (very good lifetime warranty!). Thule is awesome! They do change model, and size, regularly. But there’s always that kind of shape. Thanks for your comment! I really appreciate your interest. Your have good questions. You will end up with a great Van! Enjoy planning everything!✌️😃
Hi Eric, thanks for sharing all this content, it has been a very valuable help so far. I was wondering how did you built up your floor ? As you said you want everything to be removable, I was wondering what strategy you used for building the floor without piercing anything and still have a stable structure ...Thanks for your help ! Jules from France.
Hi Eric I really love your set up ....... and I just bought 2009 Honda Odyssey I live in San Jose hopefully you live close to me so I can come and learn direct from you
Hello, I enjoy your videos. I have watched many on the topic and like your set up the best. I was wondering how you access the snow from inside. Do you dishes and such by kneeling? Or do you sit on something. If you sit on something aren't your knees in the way making it a stretch to wash dishes. I am hoping to join van life next year and have been wondering how it works in shorter vans to utilize the sink. Thank you again for your videos.
I access the sink from the inside or from the outside. In my next video you will visualize when I access from outside. From the inside I seat on the fridge. Thank you Andrea for your appreciation comment! It is much appreciated. I invite you to subscribe to my channel. I will publish also videos about living in that van size... ✌️
Hi Éric, ive been following your plans in my dodge caravan, I love what you've done, it really is well thought out and I love your attention to detail, so far I've completed the bed, the window covers and I've made the table, but I am having trouble finding the leg for the table, as I live in Québec (Mascouche) I was wondering where you bought it From?
You have such GREAT ideas and easy to follow instructions. Would you post a link to the rails? I think you are calling them Profile Rails? I haven't been able to find them. Thanks!
I found the aluminum strip table connector on Amazon thanks to another commenter, for only $13.77. Look up AP Products Table Support. I have another cheaper idea for the leg. You can buy at Lowe's a hardwood leg for about $8 with a pre-installed screw at the top, and you attach the matching bracket underneath the table. Then just screw in or unscrew when taking down. Only thing is I guess you might need two different ones of different lengths, if you want to use it like Eric did at the back of the vehicle as well. Link: www.lowes.com/pd/Waddell-Ash-End-Table-Leg-Actual-1-5-in-x-27-5-in/3042616
@@ericenjoysearth2756 so found the joint to put the table but where do you buy JUST the attachment for the other 2 places like the back and outside on other side of sink area? It would really help if you put the places and also a store of yours so we could support you by buying it directly
Hi Eric. Greetings from Oregon. First off, your bed design is hands down the BEST. I copied it in my van build, but mine is modified a little (28” wide). I did this to allow for a more open feel. I will be posting a tour video of it soon and I think you will like it very much. The last thing I am going to add is a table like yours. However... I cannot seem to find those aluminum rails, would you be able to help? Hoping you have a link🤞🏽
Thanks for the video! It is such a great idea. I have tried looking for those ‘profile rails’ but I’m having a hard time finding them. Do you have any ideas where I could find those? Thanks!
I am not against using compress gas. I am against storing compress gas inside the van. I simply carry them outside in my roof box. So yes I use compressed gas to cook.👍
Hi Eric, from Nova Scotia. I am so happy to find this video as I want to build this exact table for the back of my VW Golf microcamper set up. I can't quite hear what the rail parts are called so I can ask at the hardware store. Can you let me know? Thanks!
They will not have this at a regular hardware store. You haves to go to a RV store. They will perfectly know what it is. Thank you Sky from Nova Scotia for your comment ✌️

Hi Eric! I am very inspired by your build and I want to copy it! I'd like to know the dimensions of your table - it seems pretty perfect - not too big and not too small. And where did you find the wood like that? It looks like there's some bamboo in it?

Tag Zedawg what sort of lift kit will you use?
I didn’t used any. I put some weight in the Van with the cabinets, bed and fridge, but I also removed a lot with the seats that I removed... plus this van is made for 8 persons, this is a lot of weight...

Thank you for your comment. I really appreciate it! I am glade to help you active your travel bug 😉. ✌️

David
I used 3/4”. You can use any finish that fits your tastes! Veneer finish or deep wood!
Thank you for your comment!✌️
Fantastic video, this is perfect. I definitely want to do this in my van. Thank you Eric 😊
It’s a pleasure. Thank you for your appreciation 😃✌️
Hey Eric, just commented on another of your videos about this table, so... nevermind! Great video, thanks!

Hi Eric,
I don’t know how I missed this video .
It just came to my attention ( March 2022 )
It is going to be a perfect solution! to an SUV camp build I’m doing. I did not want a pull out type table and I had been trying to figure a way to attach to my bed platform at the rear cargo door. Yahoo, problem solved. Thanks. Robin

It’s a pleasure Katherine. Thank you for your comment! ✌️
Salut Eric. Super tes vidéos. Jaimerais savoir quel est le matériel que tu as utilisé pour ton comptoir et ta table. Ça ressemble à du placage.
I second this request Eric. Looking forward to your next video. Stay safe & healthy my friend.
I'm also wondering how you did the floor. Great series of videos! Very helpful.

Congratulation for your accomplishment! You will find those table components in any RV stores. You should find this easily locally near you live...✌️
Thanks for valuable information in your videos 👍👍
It’s a pleasure Alec!👍
You have such GREAT ideas and easy to follow instructions. Would you post a link to the rails? I think you are calling them Profile Rails? I haven't been able to find them. Thanks!
Thank you for your appreciation. At your local RV store they should carry those. 👍
Great videos, can you make one showing the water management?
Good idea! It will be a coming video....✌️
Link: www.lowes.com/pd/Waddell-Ash-End-Table-Leg-Actual-1-5-in-x-27-5-in/3042616
Thanks for sharing!
Also, any local RV store is going to sale the rails and the leg of that table at a nice price ✌️
@@ericenjoysearth2756 so found the joint to put the table but where do you buy JUST the attachment for the other 2 places like the back and outside on other side of sink area? It would really help if you put the places and also a store of yours so we could support you by buying it directly
Uk Amazon also stock under that name, also screw in leg adjusters with same search.
@Federico: I simply bought another set of rails.✌️
Great idea! Where did you find the telescopic leg with so many adjustments?
Hoping you have a link🤞🏽
amazon did have those rails.
Misty Spring do you have a link? They are no longer available from what I can see

Misty, don't forget to buy one pair for each table mount setup, as they only come in pairs.
thanks Eric awesome videos
Thank you Bill! 😃
Merci Eric!
C’est un plaisir Francine✌️
you're a f>>> legend, you solved all the technical parts of all my concept! merci et bonne route a toi!
Thank you Guillaume! Ton commentaire est très apprécié 😃👍 bonne route à toi également
Eric, Can you tell me total cost of your project? I want to know how much I have to budget for?
Thanks
I will do a video about the subject and the options...
Great idea. What are the devices called? So far called a rv shop and they don't have it. Also other places to order would be helpful?
rv table mounting rail
I bought mine locally in a even store. ✌️
Great job!
Thank you Bette!👍
Thanks for the video! It is such a great idea. I have tried looking for those ‘profile rails’ but I’m having a hard time finding them. Do you have any ideas where I could find those? Thanks!
Any RV store, particularly the ones that repairs RV.
I searched for "RV parts table rail" and it came up quickly. For the leg I searched for "adjustable folding table legs" and similar legs showed up.
Thank you for sharing!👍
Hey,,what make and model is your car...and thx for all your great ideas
It’s a Toyota Sienna 2015.
Thank you for your comment!👍
In another video, you are against using compressed gas to cook. How do you cook with your van?
I am not against using compress gas. I am against storing compress gas inside the van. I simply carry them outside in my roof box. So yes I use compressed gas to cook.👍
@@ericenjoysearth2756 thanks for the clarification!
Love this!!!
Thank you Ruth! 😃

The table dimension will depend of how large you do your bed. This is the first thing to decide. For the table material, you can use about any materials. Thank you Wendy for your appreciation✌️
When I finally get my van ready I would love to find you on the road!!
It would be a pleasure! Congratulation for your conversion 😃✌️
