Your explanations are the BEST. You think through every possibility & you then explain them all in such detail, but in such a short space of time. We are currently converting our van & I’m now going to go back & watch all your previous videos. Thank you.
Thank you for showing how the table behaves when pressing on the edge when totally swivelled out, it is what I have been missing in other videos showing these kind of tables.
The word of the day is "swivelability" I've been really enjoying your videos! Fun, honest, clear and staightforward. Appreciate you sharing your project, keep it up!
I'm sold! I get my 2015 Sprinter tomorrow. I have been watching van build video's for a month now while quarantine. I am doing this table, magnet cedar pickets on the roof, magnets on the white paneling and thinsulate.Relocating my sink to door side and building a bench. Love this series. Thanks brother!
Been having slow progress on my van. Health issues in the way. After installing the solar and electrical I've been stuck in a pain flare. Watching your videos keeps me inspired
Hey Luna Umbra I too am suffering from health problems. I find sometime I don’t feel like doing anything on the van. Try doing little by little or planning when you are not feeling well. Also I sleep in mine quite a bit even if it is in my garage or driveway. And the at allows me to plan better where I want things. Hang in there and try to be positive. Good luck. Dolphindave
I'd love to see a video from you on how you end up getting insurance on your self-built camper van! I love that you're so detailed and informative. Just started converting a Ford Transit 250 extended high roof! But it's been a nightmare figuring out insurance on a self converted van! Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated!
Good information.. We removed our dinette on our 25 foot FB airstream travel trailer to replace with a couple of more comfortable recliners. I purchased the langun hardware to add a dining table off of the end of the sofa. I’m repurposing the dinette table top, cutting it down to15 to 16 inches wide and using the full length of 39 inches. My biggest concern is having a table top of this size sturdy enough to be a dinette table. Thanks .
Great job once again I did use your idea with the 80/20 aluminum for 340 watt solar panel on the roof. I went to Florida and back with no vibration or problems. Thank you
We watched soooo many videos on the Lagun table and yours was the first to show how much it wobbles and it was so super helpful! 🤗 As a couple working from the road we need a stable setup and we’re so curious to find out whether the Lagun would work for us. Thank you so much for the honest and in depth review and even including the little hack on supporting one of the corners! We really appreciate it! Greetings from Germany 😉
@@seven_o_savage I could see where a fold up leg would be helpful to support a longer table like this if you don't have an arm rest conveniently available like you did. a piece of wood on a hinge with some way to attach it under the table if not using it. We have a bump out dinette in our winnebago and I don't like the one legged mount table. But there is not anywhere to mount a lagun system. So am purchasing many kinds of simple folding tables like tv trays etc to see what will work best and be easy to fold and store away.
I think rounding corners of the table would increase its range of movements. I might use a router jig to make an eliptical table, or just content myself with offsetting a round one.
I want to install 2 Lagun tables. One on each side of my Theater seats. Can I install by drilling the screw holes thru the leather? The RV company has replaced the original arms on my Theater seats so that they would be sturdy enough to support the Lagun tables but I still wonder if it is OK to just drill my leg support holes thru the leather. What do you think ?
I would be interested to know the clearance needed for the post end of the swivel arm. For example if I was to mount the bracket on a wall, how far off of the surface of the wall would the bracket need to be for the arm to swivel. The arm clamping mechanism at the top of the post extends beyond the post if I understand correctly.
I've been impressed with your ingenuity through the van project. . I thought your were going to fab some kind of eccentric pivot table bracket with a jig saw and a cordless drill
I'm thinking about getting a lagun table mount to attach to the base of my passenger seat to be used as a desk in my ford transit. What do you think? Do you think it will work?
Hey "Chef-O-Savage! That's greatness lol! You should try to cook up some stuff bro! I really love the table mount, very versatile! Do I see an upgraded radio in the dash? It's all coming together!! Safe travels!
Awesome content! I've been enjoying watching all your videos up to this one since I will soon be embarking on my own van build as well! I was just wondering what insurance you went with and if you had to update it along the way since technically you have now built a motorhome? Also, did you keep your van registered as a personal vehicle or did you have to update to a motorhome?
Could you please share the links? Or perhaps tell me where to find them? I don't see them in the description...just the lagun link. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
if he did that the table top would not have reached the passenger seat for a desk over there...as well as that arm chair support he talked about. It also would not have reached very far to the seats intended to cover and would hit the driver seat.
Yeah, the only annoying thing is that you can't adjust how far your table comes out, so you had to make an extra long table for it to come out far enough. I'm trying to understand why they didn't give that option, perhaps not to compromise the strength... but for my set up, it would be really hard to place without that option of being able to adjust how far out you can pull the table...
I really like the aesthetic but isn't this a modified lagoon - I mean it's a novel look based on lagoon hardware. Don't get me wrong, I like it though. It is a space maximizer esp if positioned over the end of a countertop opposite either a kitchen sink, or stovetop area.
EXACT SAME is not correct. EXACTLY THE SAME is correct. Poor American speech habit, don't use it. Yes the Lagun table is an excellent invention. Glad you discovered it.
Were you paid by the swivel company to make this video? I’m starting to feel like every van conversion RUclipsr is secretly just selling me overpriced bullshit
You have the nicest set up I’ve seen so professionally done!
Thank you!

I saw the title and thought, "What, a 30 second video?" But it turned out to be very thorough and incredibly useful! Thanks so much.
Finally! A straightforward description and installation! Thank you SO much! ❣️

Chefen O'Savage 🤣
So glad I got to see your van in person a couple weeks ago!
Yo Jason it was great camping with you man! Hope to meet again.
Watching from Brazil and it really helped me, I will look up for more content on your channel, thanks, may God bless you!!!
Thanks for breaking that down from beginning to end. Other channels made it seem so difficult. 😮
Awesome video - solved my question if I could remove the table top
Perfect size & style for your application. Really nice.
Thanks for the tip of two mounts. I want to use it for extended counter space and table. So two mounts is the way to go.

"swiveledge" what an incredible new word.
Thanks! You are pretty thorough and i learned a lot!
Excited to watch your travels now that the van is almost complete!
🤙

Good idea!
Excellent! Told me everything I needed to know. Thank you 😊
How did this work out over time? Did the arm hold up to everyday use?
Is there any chance you can tell me the diameter of the attachment tube underneath the table platform? Thank you.

Great table idea, and also very cool place for your toilet.

If you were to do that you’d need about 2” between the wall and the mounting bracket.
@@seven_o_savage thank you. needed that for my planning. muchas gracias
Great video. Thanks
Thank you, I have been enjoying watching your van project. Would you make a video on door screen?
Love your van built so stoked!
This was great. Thank you. Subscribed Liked and shared.
Would fabricating a larger aluminum base to replace the existing one handle the leverage issue and allow for a larger table top?
Great Review And Thanks For Sharing My Friend!
Thanks for your videos! Very helpful! What kind of phone mount do you have? And do you like it?
I've been impressed with your ingenuity through the van project. . I thought your were going to fab some kind of eccentric pivot table bracket with a jig saw and a cordless drill
Another great vid thanks! :D
Glad you liked it!
Love your videos, wish I had the talent to do what you did!
"I do not negotiate with terrorists" 🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀
I'm thinking about getting a lagun table mount to attach to the base of my passenger seat to be used as a desk in my ford transit. What do you think? Do you think it will work?
Where did you get the sink?
LOL, "do not negotiate with terrorists." Love that line!
Considering a Lagun swivel - thought they had vertical adjustment? To use at table and counter height. Any comments, info? TIA
Great to have another vlog, where have you been fella??
Soon!
@@seven_o_savage looking forward to those travel vlogs soon 😊
Where is Part 2 - for the decision on the shower curtain?
Hey "Chef-O-Savage! That's greatness lol! You should try to cook up some stuff bro! I really love the table mount, very versatile! Do I see an upgraded radio in the dash? It's all coming together!! Safe travels!
For sure I want to start cooking. Yes aftermarket sound system 🤙. Thanks David!
Add cup holders or cup holes drilled on the table.

Hi Alek, I subscribed to your channel! I'll be watching and liking!! If your ever in AZ come by you always have abed here.
Whatever happened with the shower curtain mount, did you figure it out?
Still in progress!
A really engaging and useful video, I have watched a LOT of vids on RUclips and you should consider a presenting career.
Good vibes my duuuuuude
it is kind off fun that you build lot of you van using 8020, you didn't try to make you own lagoo table with it
Use a cardboard template for the tabletop sizing
Thanks for the links! But I’m not sure which one to purchase? Are all the links reputable and valid?
Could you please share the links? Or perhaps tell me where to find them? I don't see them in the description...just the lagun link. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Why didn’t you mount the top in the middle of the top mounting mechanism?

Very creative friend😁🖑

The mounting plate id not level.

what happen to the shower? :D

That's what I was wondering too 😄 Looking forward to that video
