This jacket fits really wide and oversized. I would think a small might be your best bet. Can’t promise on sleeve length being as long as you want though.
For medium, Its about 25 inches shoulder to waist down so for me it goes under my waist and the arm size is big enough for me for medium because u can make it tighter so for me it fits fine personally, I would measure ur shoulder to waist and compare it because the taller u are it all depends on how long it goes down too, because JesusTalko is 6 foot 1 and large fits him because large goes down more for taller people and you're taller than me so if your shoulder to waist is longer than 25 inches I would go for large, which you can layer as well.

Size Large would be best. XL probably gonna be a little oversized. I’m 185cm, 64kg wearing a Large which is a bit oversized for me.
