The message of this move is that you can't escape your past. This, really short sequence where the priest admits that even though he can't remember what he did - he is still living with the consequences of it, is such a great element of that message.
I watched this movie either in theater or shirtly after. It was a let down bc i was expecting an action thriller. Then i watched it a few years ago, then again the next year, then again this year. It's better every time. Just a super low key great picture
By far the best picture Clooney’s ever made.

Lovely, tragic movie. I’ve watched it more than once or twice.
Very underrated movie
Clickbait. Jack does not confess his dark past. The priest does.
That priest is the Duke from Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom.
Great. I hadn't thought of that awful movie in years
He has done a fair bit of sinning then! 😂
so Jack was the priest?
George Clooney is so hot in this movie...💗😍🌌
What’s your favorite fart smell?
Terrible movie... So disappointed
