My interpretation ❤🙏✌️🔥 He is referencing the Story of Animal Farm. The 7 laws established by the animals, that rebelled against the farmers in the book. There were also refernces to the film director - Kubricks directing style. The beat even had references to Willy Wonka. The Willy wonka from Charlie and the chocolate factory, who also hated society, isolated himself with his dreams, and inspired children through his joyful candy factory. And he wanted to create a classist uprising, by inspiring a pure youth to bring inspiration and change. Ren is righteous and pure hearted, thats why he references King Arthur, in other songs, who had to pull out the sword to prove his purity and integrity. He references Robin Hood, who stole from the rich and gave to the poor, he knows how the sick and weak are struggling and suffering, he feels their pain, thats why he won't be a kind ruler, for he is also the joker, reigning in anarchy and payback, against those who continue to rape the earth and steal all the wealth of society for their own sick agendas. While people are dying because of their policies. How long must we endure? People must unite. The elite own 80% of the global wealth now. They own us all, we are all their slaves. Democracy is gone, we live in dictatorships.
I laughed when you said it was 7am and going to watch Animal Flow - and you hoped it would be animal slow. Yeah, even if he doesn’t rap fast, there's so much to take in. I needed my Orwell cheat sheet before this piece on societal and political hierarchies started to make sense. There's a ton of detail, and by now I've learned Ren is specific about everything. My favorite part is when Ren sings about slitting Mary's lamb's throat as the (German) Shepherd is passively leading the lamb down the stairs - presumably to slaughter (there's a background chant of "yum, yum, yum, yum"). Hella allegorical about people today being led to their demise by politicians/rulers that don't care if their tyrannical or not. Thought provoking.
Ren said when his health enables him to do a concert or tour he would love to hand out animal masks with admission. That would be a crazy show! 🦁🐷🐻🐱🐶🐻❄️🐸🐰🦊🐭🐮

It's A Clockwork Orange meets Animal Farm, over a tribal beat....
The 7 rules is directly from animal farm.
That's right! I should know that...
Ren said when his health enables him to do a concert or tour he would love to hand out animal masks with admission. That would be a crazy show!
