could be a packing bolt or nut somewhere holding it, im not familiar with this particular device yet as im still waiting for mine to ship but on other snakes theres usually a bolt holding the feed cable somewhere

It's 2024 Rigid. This dinosaur needs to go. I just ditched this for the Milwaukee M18 snake. A million times better than the k45
