For The Boiling:
Toor Dal= 1 cup
Moong Dal= 1/4 cup
Water= 4 cup
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Oil= 2 tbsp
For The Tadka:
Oil= 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida= 1 pinch
Dry Red Chilli= 3
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tsp
Green Chilli= 1 tsp
Onion= 1 no (medium size)
Tomato= 1 no
Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder= 1/2
Red Chilli Powder= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tsp
Water As For Needed
Butter= 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves= 1 tbsp
For The Fry
Desi Ghee= 3 tbsp
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi= 2 pinch
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1/2
