Can I ask also how long after they are jarred do they stay upside down? I made mine last night and this morning they are still a little liquid consistency. When does it start to thicken to when it is a sticky/hard consistency? Thanks for all the information 😊
Concordia University, they stay upside down until they cool down, I leave mine the whole night and the next day, I store them. Normally it gets a marmalade consistency when they cool down. If your marmalade still has a liquid consistency try next time to cook it for a little bit longer. Thanks 😊

Can I ask what you did with the leftover pieces of orange that was in the cheesecloth? Did you add it to the pectin mixture or did you throw it out?
I squeezed what I could that was in the cheesecloth, because that's where the pectin is and after squeezing it, I threw it away.
