You might want to check out First Light by Makoto Matsushita, thats probably the closest sounding track I can think of to this particular song. Cerulean Carib by COSMOS has that same summer kind of feel. Midsummer Drivin' by Toshiki Kadomatsu has a similar groove/percussion section as well. Interesting, it seems like this version of the album has been remastered compared to the version I found - certainly this version is bassier, and on this track in particular it sounds like there was an attempt to tame the loud organ riff at 5:26, which is even louder on my version. Which version have you uploaded here? Or did you remaster it yourself?

@@joaovitorfontes4649 Well, discorgs says Hirotsugu Nakai. Idk who composed it. Its from 1984, but it is still an awesome song.
@RSx94 discogs also says that it was soichi noriki. I made some research and found out that Hirotsugu Nakai indeed was on the production of Dream Cruise, he composed the music "You can make it"
