Blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it:
Through the Holy Spirit, God has put it on me to preach to those lost in the devil's deceit!
I tell ye, truly, Jesus of Nazareth is the propitiation for the whole world's sins. He is the anointed one, for he is, Jesus Christ. God the Father has raised him from the dead; who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God! Angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life: no one comes to the Father, but by him. They who believe and are baptized with the Holy Spirit shall be saved; but they who believe not shall be damned. For they who believe not on him, shall die in their sins!
I tell ye now to repent of your sins, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and you'll receive the gift of the Holy Spirit upon asking the Father!
There are *NO* sub-divisions of Christianity. You're either a disciple of Christ or not. A Christian is someone who follows God's word, not a religion. Who obey the Father and follow his will; not man's nor their own heart's. Unless you keep Jesus' commandments, think not the Holy Spirit will dwell within you!
They who heed this message and did what was stated with an open heart to God...
Read the Holy Bible (KJV) daily and every time before you read, pray to the Father and ask:
"Lord I ask that you give me understanding of your word, that I interpret it the way you want me to, and none of my own. I ask you in Jesus' name, amen."

Christianity in Cyprus is the largest religion in the country, making up 78% of the island's population.
Orthodox Christianity is the most popular religious belief in Cyprus and is practiced by an estimated 89.1% of the country’s population. The Orthodox Church of Cyprus (also known as the Church of Cyprus) which was established in 431 A.D., is the most ancient church in the country and is among the oldest in the world.
Islam in Cyprus is the island's second-largest religion after Christianity, and is also the predominant faith of the Turkish Cypriot community which resides in Northern Cyprus. Before the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974, the Turkish Cypriot community made up 18% of the island's population and lived throughout the island. Today, most of the estimated 264,172 Muslims are based in the north of the island.
Turkish Cypriot society is markedly secular though, at least formally; adherents to the faith subscribe mostly to the Sunni branch of Islam, with an influential stream of Sufism underlying their spiritual heritage and development. Nazim al-Qubrusi, the leader of the Naqshbandi-Haqqani Sufi order, hailed from Larnaca and lived in Lefka. Another branch among the Turkish Cypriot Muslims is Alevism.[2] There are also a few Turkish Cypriots who are Ahmadi Muslims.
Islam is the second-largest religion in Cyprus, with the population of Muslims in the country being only surpassed by Christians. Islam was introduced to Cyprus in the 16th century after the island became part of the Ottoman Empire in 1571. However, Arabs had been conducting sporadic attacks in the coastal regions of Cyprus for many decades before the Ottoman conquest of Cyprus. Even after the fall of the Ottoman Empire in the late 19th century, Muslims made up a significant portion of the country’s population and currently account for as much as 18% of Cyprus’ population. The population of Muslims in the country was bolstered after the 1974 Turkish invasion of Cyprus led to the settlement of Sunni Muslims from Turkey. There are several important Muslim sites in the country including the Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque which was constructed in the 18th century

Correction it's not 20% they got approximately 36% of the Island North part after 1974. There is the tomb of Umm Haram Bint Milhan is located in Larnaca and there was a mosque called Hala Sultan Tekke is built beside the tomb (tomb located behind the mosque wall of the qibla) there were about (4) more tombs beside her (two of them are former sheikhs and one is a two-leveled marble sarcophagus dated back in 1929.
My family told us a story when I was a child about an Arab armies landed in Larnaca in 648AD. Umm Haram died at the site when she fell off her mule. That's all I remember just bit and pieces of the story.
The ottomans ruled Cyprus from 1571-1878, that's when mosques starting to make their appearance. I'm a Cypriot. My family is from Silikou in the Limassol District in the south part of the Island. Some of my family fled off the Island during the 1974 Cypriot coup d'etat and some fled up North part of the Island. Not only Muslim Cypriot's in Cyprus. You have the Orthodox, Christian, etc.
EDIT: I re-watch it and thought you were referring to all Cypriot's are Muslim when you actual said and "these" Cypriots are Sunni Muslim.
