Have you seen Wizzy vs Hbox? I think that alone shows that Falcon is quite viable. If falcons recovery wasn't so bad he could potentially be top 5. Which I think he is on stage. Pretty good on the ledge because of hax dashing. Tech chasing that rivals sheiks if not better due to getting one read and killing your opponent. Extremely fast, making reacting to stuff much easier, and making his neutral really good thanks to dash dance. Really good at edge guarding too. He has flaws but he is very viable.
