I am now fully addicted to your channel. You are me if I had been able to have my dream of living in Wyoming got started when I worked a season at the Triangle X Dude ranch a bit north of Moose. Last private ranch in the park system I believe. They had a ton of horses for their guests and they were treated real well, run out to pasture down on the pasture adjacent to the Snake River and then run back up early in the morning to get groomed and attended to for the guest ride through out the day. I worked in reservation for the Float Company, sometimes right at the ranch office and sometimes down in Jackson Hole. I fell completely in love with that gorgeous place, the Tetons, and the Snake, it was just pure heaven. I was asked if I would stay on past the river float season as the matriarch of the Turner family who all lived on the ranch had fallen and broken her hip. She was known to be one Fiesty lady and they were having trouble getting anyone who knew her to bit on the job offer, but me, well I was so in love with that place that I say sure I will stay longer and accept a nice wage and my own apartment on the second story (with private entrance) and two days a week off. It was worth taking care of Mrs Fiesty Turner as on my days off I got to hang out with the wranglers that were preparing mules and horses for their pack trips to hunt that fall. I was so happy there. But all good things come to an end and Mrs Turner healed up and I was on the road back home just before Christmas. It was REALLY cold by then so I know if I had stayed I would have been spending some serious cash on the right clothing for sure. You are doing what I dreamed about, so I am a bit jealous. However I missed that train a long time ago as I am 71 now, I am single and healthy, but the only way I am going back to God's country would be if I could land a job maybe cooking for a ranch, I am not strong enough for hard labor anymore. So, I watch your channel and remember when I had the opportunity to experience that part of our nation. Best of luck with you leg and the new older gentleman, your Arab. I will be watching!!!! I think this post was the first time I heard you mentioned a hubby. Is he camera shy? Love to meet him on one of your posts. Those Montana and Wyoming men are thumbs up. Too bad I was never able to snag on when I was up that way working.

That new guy is sure settling in nicely! My only concern- once you have built him back up, he will be too lively to be a calm companion for Skeletor, and you'll have two jokers playing shenanigans on you 😆
My thoughts exactly! Lol. Skeletor is a bit feisty at times. They both may feed off that energy.
Shenanigans would also be a cute name
Take care of our favorite cow girl! We don't wanna piss Papa Bear off! Lol
Name him 'Dorian Grey' after the famous figure in literature who didn't age but aged on his painting.
Love and greetings from Germany. .
Dorian Grey was not a great person. His final look at his twisted portrait doesn't remind me of this sweet new horse
I like it!
I vote for “Smokey” because of his Smokey grayish coat.
Sorry about the injury. Can understand insisting on doing chores. The thirty year old mare is aging well. Best wishes.
Prayer for you to be ok🕊 God Bless and thank you for still taking great care of all the 🐎❤
Name “Samir” meaning a friend to talk with in the evening. Arabic word. This, according to the internet anyway.
The new guy is quite handsome. Can’t wait to see him shed out. Thanks for sharing.
Gandalf.
That is on the list already!
I knew a very sweet Arab gelding named Gandalf! Great name!
He looks like a Willoughby. Twisted my ankle jumping off the stairs. Made a popping sound too. Hope yours is ok. Some of the chores can keep.
So sorry about your leg. The new guy has such a beautiful face! He looks like a Prince.
I agree!
Can't help but think of "Hi Ho Silver!" when I see him. Although, I agree with the commenters who've suggested Merlin
Love the new guy! He’s so sweet and handsome! He needs a gentleman’s name. So thankful (and hopeful) you didn’t break your ankle. Praying you recover quickly. 💕
DETERMINATION - Another positive trait you have.
Rest up that leg/ankle and take care of yourself. If you don't care for yourself, you can't take care of Huckleberry, Tiny or Feisty Nigel of the Man Bun, much less anyone else. Be well and all the good thoughts for your speedy recovery.
Take care of yourself and I hope you feel better soon. Broken and/or sprained ankles can be a big drag! 🤞🤕
