It's not security's job to catch crowd surfers or keep stupid people from getting hurt. When you mosh or crowd surf it is as your own risk and if you get hurt its your own fault. Security is only there to stop fights, stop illegal activity, protect the venue and staff etc. Not catch crowd surfers all night. He was actually trying to help the crowd surfer down. @@Psionicon lmao what a load of crap. That security guard very clearly wasn't doing his job and flipped out on Lochie because he was called out for it. Don't care if you like or dislike the band, that is inexcusable behaviour. And FYI, the band despises Falling In Reverse.
There's a guy crowdsurfing. When the guy reaches near the stage, the security guard stops him and the guy abruptly falls to the ground. THEN, John goes down to talk to the security guard, and he just ignores him. He pulls his hat (I suppose he wanted to pull his attention) and I suppose he's asking why he had let that guy fall to the ground. And THEN it's when he pulls him off the stage. I don't know if John went too hard with the security guard but, seeing all the sequence, I think that security guard needs some help and should not work in security any more.
Yeah you shouldn’t work security if you can’t handle an intense situation without flying off the handle. Had this exact issue at the last show I went to and it was basically ruined because of it
You're kinda close. There's a guy crowd surfing. When the guy reaches the stage, the security guard stops him and the guy abruptly falls to the ground. John grabs the guard's hat. And THEN it's when the guard pulls him off the stage. Best Case: the singer thought the guard made the surfer fall and grabbed the guard's hat because he was angry at the guard. He grabbed it and threw it into the crowd. You don't do that to get someone's attention unless it's to fight 😂
@@Cautionary_Tale_Harris The singer was 100% looking for a fight and got it. People acting like ripping off someone's hat isn't an aggressive move. You do that to anyone and there will probably be a fight. Rarely will "can I have my hat back, please" be the following response lol
The security never had a chance to ignore him. He immediately knocked off his hat, if you wanna cuss him out cuss him out, hell cuss the venue out, don’t put your hands on security
@@vertizwood14 security shouldn’t be touched but they will be. They need to be able to control their reactions. A hat grab shouldn’t equate to cancel the entire night because 2 dudes wanted to fight immediately. It’s lame
Security guards aren't real cops, just imaginary ones in their mind.Teir biggest authority is actually just to call the real cops Unfortunately concert culture has allowed them to get away with assaulting fans for decades.
Nah that’s a stretch. He definitely shouldn’t work a show with an active crowd. You have to keep in mind that this is just one of many genres of music stopping through. Not every security guard likes or wants sweaty people jumping into their arms. Who ever his boss is that placed him there that night should be disciplined. Management gets told by tour about crowdsurfing way before the main set. Someone set him up for failure if they knew that’s how he was gonna react.

Especially when as a security guard you're supposed to protect people's safety. The singer was just trying to get his attention - I bet that even from your experience artist are not the ones starting fights, they are there to perform...
I hope that fan knows he can sue the venue for his injuries, and this video will slam dunk that lawsuit win. Didn't even TRY to help catch him. Kudos to the singer for calling him right out on it.
OMG!!! I was just looking at the footage and asking myself, “Isn’t that the Warfield?!” I saw some amazing shows there growing up, including Mötley Crüe and the Ramones. Everything was Bill Graham Presents back in those days. He ran and produced all of the great shows back in the day like Day On The Green. Since he passed away, the shows are extremely expensive and not as well organized. Security is supposed to PROTECT not ATTACK the band!!! If Bill Graham was still around, that “security guard” would have been fired on the spot!
I remember seeing Alphwolf in Brisbane a while back and they got into a fight with the security over something similar at that gig too. Sabian dove headfirst off the stage to throw hands with security. The lads really do not fuck around with their fans safety.
Security in front of the stage are supposed to assist crowd surfers in landing on their feet and then redirecting them back into the crowd. Its a few feet that the crowd surfer dropped because the security guard didn't even attempt to catch him, and the singer reacted to this by taking off the securities hat. Bands genuinely do care about their fans, and security at venues seem to be becoming a lot lazier in recent years. It is part of securities job to catch those crowd surfers. But to then drag the singer off the stage and the band's gear too, there is no wonder why the guitarists acted the way they did. The band did the tight thing and its also important to remember that people do get injured when they don't get catched like they're supposed to, and when security doesn't intervene in situations, and people also get hurt when they get pushed or dragged off stage!
This is so typical of some of the security guys metal and punk shows. If some giant behemoth of a man is bullying people, they try to reason with him. But if some 120lbs kid is crowd surfing, they have no problem head spiking him. Now they're attacking the band as well? Next time the singer will remember to bring the mic stand with him if he's going to intervene with security.
If you watch it slowed down you see that he actually did both of those things. He hit the security guard after taking his beanie off 4 different times. That is assault
Oh Moose, you're so far off its sad. Dont assault people. Because more times than not you'll get your ass kicked. Which is what the lead singer found out happens 😂
There was no shaking hands. That security guy dropped the crowd surffer, the vocalist didnt look like he was going to hit the security, but he moved his arm in the direction of assholes face and then security pulled the singer off the stage. I get catching kids and saving them from injuries is something you probably didnt sign up for when you chose your career path but you were hired to keep the attending public safe which in all honestly you failed to do what you were supposed to do. Fire this guy.
Mushroom Head came out when my brother got beat up with a mag light by security in Tampa and they busted his head open. The bad gave him ice and signed his blood-soaked shirt. I will never forget how nice they were. Thanks Mushroom Head for always being stand-up dudes!
More respect for Alpha Wolf! Protect everyone in the mosh pit we are not out to hurt people. Mosh pits and crowd surfers may do something dangerous but we look out for each other and we do not intentionally hurt others as we are all friends.
I love how fast the bass player threw his guitar down and the guitar player was gonna bash dude Kurt Cobain style ( Dallas Trees Show) wtf kinda security is this? I hope this isn’t something that grows out of control..Security is in place to protect the crowd and the band not hurt them..
The singer is not trying to shake hands with anybody, he clearly tried to get the guard's attention cause he likely didn't like how security was handling the crowdsurfers.
The vocalist should never have put his hands on the security guard regardless of his intentions. He is not attempting to "shake hands with a fan" you can clearly see he grabbed his hat which more than likely pulled at his hair. However petty that is its still considered assault so the guard CAN retaliate and did so. Musicians dont have a free pass just because they are on stage to grab whoever they want like that not to mention the bass player commited a serious assualt when hitting someone with his bass.
@@SkilletTRO Nobody is saying that. 😂 The security guard probably didn’t even know it was a band member. He grabbed him right after his hat got knocked off. Either way, knocking someone’s hat off is disrespectful, and considered hostile. He should’ve spoke to him like a man, instead of trying to get his attention like that. I have no idea what that vocalist was thinking.
It looks to me like confusion on the security guards side. I think he might've thought the vocalist was actually a fan that had got on the stage and was trying to knock his hat off or something.
I think I’ve watched them 2 times already here in my home town and I’m glad I’ve never seen the venue discriminating against any fans or the artists themselves. It’s always a blast to see them live but it’s sad to see that this happen with other venues that don’t have proper security
Not only did the security guy not help the crowdsurfer, but he pushed the crowd surfers' leg, making the fall much worse... the lead singer tried to get his attention, and the security guy grabbed him, pulled him off the stage, and assaulted him.
You can't say tried to get his attention. Even tho small, the singer assaulted the guard first. You can't make it look like it's just the guard by saying the guard assaulted and the singer is perfect just trying to get his attention. Nah. The singer is just as guilty and started the altercation.
@@marcuswyatt5300 knocking someone's hat off isn't nearly the same as being dragged off the stage and almost getting a concussion. Not even close. Come on dude.
@@marcuswyatt5300 he shouldn't have knocked the hat off, but the security guard reacted WAY too harshly. touching someone's hat isn't even remotely close to grabbing someone by the leg and yanking them off of a 5-6 foot tall stage directly onto a concrete floor.
Knocking someone's hat off doesn't exactly look like he's trying to high five a fan. That was very intentional. Also to the crowdsurfer stating the security guard didn't try to catch him, you can clearly see the security guard reaching out his hands to grab him from the audience, but he probably just failed in pulling him down and accidentally dropped him. Shit happens. If you dont wanna sprain your ankle, dont go crowdsurfing. Put the thing in slow motion and its easy to see Lochie was put of place here and never should have put his hands on the security guard in the first place
The Warfield has had like two metal shows in 10 years these workers don't know how to handle how intense the shows are. The security guards are not ready for this. Not a excuse but it does give context. Most of the shows at the Warfield don't have moshing or crowd surfing at all and in fact crowd surfing is not allowed in almost any venue in SF even though it does happen.
you know what: this is what being “metal/punk” IS. you stand up against bs and homie straight up did. props to him as a good person and a phenomenal vocalist. F**K that “security” guard. i’ve been to so many shows and i have NEVER seen mistreatment of an audience member or an artist like this. pulling the equipment is also highly dangerous, like, bodily harm, potential fire risk, financial loss, even. if anything, audience members get huffy at security for not letting them even mosh a little or get close to barricades. shoutout alpha wolf, i hope that the person who fell is okay and won’t be fearful of going to shows in the future, and that “investigative leave” is gd permanent. don’t work with people, especially when you’re meant to keep them safe, if you don’t like people.
Everyone sucked. If people weren't supposed to crowd surf because the chances of getting hurt. The rule is in place probably for a reason. Like the reason they dont have enough security to safely allow people to crowd surf and they dont want people getting hurt. If thats the case, the singer had no right to do what he did. Alpha Wolf always be trying to start shit too. Im glad the security guard grabbed him off stage. Jus cuz ur a singer in a band doesnt give you the right to treat people that way. If there was no rule and crowd surfing was all right then the security guards let everyone down, literally and metaphorically. Good job on Alpha Wolf getting his attention and not letting that shit fly, unnoticed. All in all, it depends on rules and who broke them. Our opinions and how we feel mean nothing.

@ hello fellow Caleb, I see your point, but I don’t think taking someone’s hat is the same thing as a poke on the chest. He was tryna get his attention cause he was letting crowd surfers fall… the only reason he’s there. Seems kinda childish to pull someone off a 8ft platform over something like that
@@Caleb_Staley I agree that the response was over the top and not proportionate....But I know people who will go 100% at ya if you want to square up and start something too lol. That's why I do my best to avoid confrontation in the first place. You never know who you are going up against and how far they will go. I'm assuming this security dude is one those hot heads that goes 100% easily...but the singer seems like a bit of a hot head too. Considering he whipped the dudes hat into the crowd, it seemed like an act of aggression vs getting his attention imo. That and according to others at that show, was spouting off at security (and has been doing so at multiple shows/venues this tour). I get his concerns and frustration about the fan safety, but they should have stopped the set and dealt with it professionally. They were both childish in that situation. The singer was asking for a fight and you can't just assume people are gonna play fair in a fight. Know what I mean? Both the band and the security company HAVE to do better in the future.
@@Caleb_Staley Sorry for the essay reply btw lol. This is one of those subjects that I find hard to fit into a few sentences (I'm a Caleb of the rambling variety).
Shaking hands? 😂 he clearly grabbed the security guys head. As the security guard is a real life human and not a robot he had every right to do what he did. Narcissism is real.
"Maybe shaking hands with some fans" No he was not. He wanted to get the attention of the security guy (who has letting someone drop down while crowdsurfing and therefore not doing his job) and pulled away his hat instead of tapping his shoulder in the act. Which is understandable but clearly the reason that escalated the situation.
I guess as you said when the vocalist was trying to "shake the hand of the fan" he totally missed and the shake turned into a Hat grab of security 🤔 Are you sure thats what you saw Rock feed?
Not sure what the policy on crowd surfing is but the crowd surfer was toted towards the security guy. The security guy puts his hand on the surfer. It looks to me, at 1:11, the security guy pulled the surfer towards himself and the people holding the surfer up let the surfer drop at the same time. The security guy's head never moves much. The singer then reaches down, grabs the security guy's hat. (No idea where our host gets the notion that the singer was trying to shake hands with fans. 😂 ) The security guy then grabs the singer and pulls him down. The singer throws the hat as the security guy pulls him.
We gonna gloss over the clear footage of him grabbing dudes hat off his head? Can’t really hear the excuse of him trying to get his attention and taking his hat. Not how this works.
Must've been an off duty cop moonlighting as a security guard. He looked way too comfortable, snatching him off the stage like that, almost like he does that sort of thing on the daily. 😂
To be fair, the security guy didn't throw the fan down. The fan reached the barricade and the other fans actively shoved his body off them while the security were setting up to catch him. It's literally in 4k lol. Both security guards there attempted to catch him very clearly, but didn't expect him to get shoved off. Then the vocalist rips the guards hat off in a disrespectful manor. Sure the security shouldn't have pulled him off the stage, but entertainers also don't have the right to put hands on security like that. There were other ways to get his attention. Dude is human and reacted to being physically grabbed at from behind in less than half a second. He probably didn't even register that it was the performer grabbing him, most likely thought it was a fan. He didn't continue to pummel him or anything, just brought him down and realized the mistake. Clearly he shouldn't be working in security if this is his reaction, but he isn't at fault for what happened with the fan. The vocalist saw the fan go down but didn't see what led up to it, instead of tapping him on the shoulder or calling him out on the mic in his hands. He screams off mic, like the guard doesn't have ear plugs in and was actively trying to get the fan up; then He rips his hat off his head. You get what you put out. You can't be in a band named alpha wolf and be surprised when your violence is met with violence lol. These guys are being paid like $16-19 an hour to catch humans who are actively kicking and flailing the whole time. A few people naturally go down, it comes with these types of shows. I grew up going to hardcore shows, If you crowdsurf or mosh you're putting yourself in a potentially dangerous situation. Security are human and there are only 4-6 of them for a crowd of people. No one can predict how the crowd of people will launch your 140lbs body, especially people that didn't want your body on them to begin with. The guy will most likely lose his job, but honestly he could probably counter sue for the entertainer putting there hands on him like that. The entertainer escalated the situation that was already being dealt with. Emotional people create volatile situations. Props to the band for not being pussies and backing their singer up, but everyone in this situation is a dumbass; especially the vocalist. Dude created the situation as soon as he went hands on, security turned him into a beta wolf in less than a second 🤣. Having a grown man grab you will change your perspective real quick. Our music scene is already struggling to keep venues afloat, demonizing the already underpaid security will kill the scene even quicker. There is a reason warped tour and shit like that don't exist anymore.
You people are ridiculous seriously someone accidentally got dropped crowd surfing that doesn’t give the vocalist the right to snatch him and knock his hat off. He wanted to throw hands first he got dealt accordingly.
I was first hand witness to this kind of security issue. Back in 04 I saved Al Jourgensen from Ministry from a trip to a Winnipeg hospital during the opening bands set, yet right after that security manhandled Al with a forearm to his throat. Uncle Al was F'n pissed... I don't blame him one bit. But in retrospect that incident made for one hell of a concert. Pretty intense and unforgetable. Seems that both of these cases the security can't differentiate the differnce between the talent and the audience. On the back of my ticket it stated "NO STAGE DIVING!!!"....and guess who stage dove. I bet that this latest incident is extremely similar.
Investigative leave???? How about FIRED. Sounds like security guard has anger issues and lacks self control. Never snatch a band member off stage in the middle of a performance wtf
Someones getting fired and sued, probably can see a contract being lost. The security at my favourite venue are great, the help out with the crowd surfers, make sure people land safe.
I had a horrible experience with security at the last show I went to. It sucks because there’s literally nothing you can do. Security is awesome but not when they are power crazy and angry lol
The singer obviously was taunting the security guard smacking him over the head knocking off his cap which is seen flying off of the guy's head. That said, it doesn't mean he can just grab his leg and potentially cause serious harm to him by dragging him down from the stage.
What a joke. If you do dumb shit like crowd surfing it's on you, not security to make yourself safe. What a baby. That's like getting in a mosh pit and getting upset at security because you got an elbow in the face.
You can't say allegedly at the start. Then at 1:30 say he does it. Just say it's what he did. Well, because that's what he did. There is no room for alleged.
I’m an alpha wolf fan and while the security did the wrong thing they should’ve called it out in a more appropriate way instead of trying to act like tough bois. Why would you risk your visa like that.
from what i read online he got mad security didn't catch a crowd surfer. not sure if it's securities job to catch people. thought their main job was protecting the band.
@@EmberMcLain87it's their job. From all the shows I went, security handles the crowd surfing. It's also security's job to protect everyone, including the bands.
IDK why he did it but he did slap even if lightly the security on the head after trying to shake the fans hand. My guess is the security was keeping the fan away from him so he gentle slapped him on the head
He wasn't reaching to shake anyone's hand, he stole the security guy's hat. Does that incident alone constitute being pulled off stage? No. But there was also no need for multiple people to jump in and throw/thrust guitars at the security. Violence is cringe, the situation was handled poorly from ALL involved.
Whether the singer started it or not, the security guards level of aggression in his reaction is waaay too disproportionate to what the singer did. Singer knocked his hat off or smacked him in the back of the head, I’m sorry but that does not warrant the security guard full on dragging the singer off the stage in that manner. That type of dragging could have easily seriously injured the singer, broken a limb or heavy concussion. That was vicious and the band should definitely sue the security guard and possibly the venue.
Idk how that would go considering the singer reached down at security first and grabbed his hat/probably smacked his head. Like it or not, that in itself would be considered assault so it wouldn't be the best move to push this into a court room since they would look at the vocalist as the initial aggressor.
Trivium been in this situation too, the security don’t do his job the crowd fall with his head first, Matt Heafy very angry and jump trying to catch the crowd
Maybe grabbing the security guard's beanie wasn't the wisest move but I think it was justified in light of what happened with the dropped crowd surfer. Maybe Sabian throwing his guitar wasn't the wisest move either but I'm proud of him for being willing to fight for his bandmate. Security pulling him off stage was beyond ridiculous & could have been very dangerous.
I was at the show front row, during earlier in the set the singer from alpha wolf had taken the beanie off the security guard, the security guard was already activated and thus the incident at the end of the set had occurred, i totally understand that the security guard did not do his job as during the set, i will say the venue staff was bashed through the set as well not just security, but the security guards actions are not justified, also a person in the crowed was also hit with the guitar thrown at the security guard and said person left. All parties were at fault
I was there, but was in the back and couldn’t see what happened. Thanks for the info! Kind of sucks because this will probably leave a bad impression of the Bay Area on them. I hope they come back and give us a second chance at one of our better venues.
Question. You were at the show. Did the venue have a rule of no crowd surfing at that show? If you have limited security crowd surfing can lead to serious injury or death so sometimes they jus say not to do it.
Dude exactly. It was clearly an accident. I've seen it happen MANY MANY times in just the last couple years. I've seen the person dropped get up and start trying to swing at security only to get carried out by 4 other guards. This is a ridiculous video and all the fans defending this band clearly haven't been to enough shows to see that these kinds of things do happen.
He grabbed the security guards hat off his head right before he snatches him, probably what inspired the leg yank I assume? That’s a security guard that’s not emotionally fit to perform his job.
I mean, the singer wasn't reaching out to shake hands with fans, he clearly ripped off the security guards hat. Not saying the response was the correct one, but the singer clearly touched the security guard first.

Hell, even the "journalist" lied about it. .I just decided to be honest with myself, even though I dont like the idea of the music I love could ever do anything dishonest, but there it was and I cant support a lie. Anywho, you seem nice and I wish you all the best and God bless.
The singer is a very arrogant entitled wannabe rock star. I would never book them after seeing this.
It’s lame
I'm just waiting for the classic PD style response to the assault on the singer, "we investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoing. "
Security guards aren't real cops, just imaginary ones in their mind.Teir biggest authority is actually just to call the real cops
Unfortunately concert culture has allowed them to get away with assaulting fans for decades.
LOL Singer grabbed the sec guys hat, took it off, sec guy grabbed him. It's all right there. Common RockFeed, you should have seen it like we all do
That is messssseeeeddddddddd uuuuupppppppppppppp.
I hope that "security" dude NEVER works for a venue or a show EVER AGAIN.
@@vertizwood14when youre a security guard, they genre of music doesnt matter at all. Its their responsibility to keep a safe enviroment. When they become the ones that start the chaos, thats when they should be fired and never work a comcert again. Its far from a management issue, its 100% the fault of this shitty security guard
@ I agree with you the guard lost his crap and it wasn’t cool. Singer sure did learn to keep his hands to himself next time though.
@@vertizwood14 'Wasn't cool'? Are you aware that people died falling off of stage? Even though you make some valid points in your comments, there is no way pulling a person down from stage and actively endangering his life or health can be excused by the person taking his hat first. Especially when as a security guard you're supposed to protect people's safety. The singer was just trying to get his attention - I bet that even from your experience artist are not the ones starting fights, they are there to perform...
@ exactly, and that makes his actions not cool 😭
I hope that fan knows he can sue the venue for his injuries, and this video will slam dunk that lawsuit win. Didn't even TRY to help catch him. Kudos to the singer for calling him right out on it.
That basses was gonna smash his head in😂
Mad respect to those guys. They take everyone's safety seriously.
Yes, fighting people, definitely something I accociate with safety.
It was an accident. I can assure you I've attended more shows in just the last 2 years than you have in your entire life. You have no clue, at all.
Love how Sabian has Lochie's back. Ready to throw down from his brother.
We need to get security to protect the fans and band from the venue security.
Saw Alpha Wolf last night and they absolutely killed it.
Are you Blind? He took the hat off the security guard or he smacked him in the back of the head. He was not trying to shake hands with a fan.
So what? Security dude should have got packed out anyway. This is ridiculous.
“We didn’t like how they said we were mistreating people, so in response, we mistreated them.”
Hi, Cecilia here. It’s great to meet you!
Just because he's security doesn't mean he's allowed to do whatever he wants, either.
I got hurt crowd surfing at a concert. I didn't want to be crowd surfing but got picked up. I hope he's alright.
It looks to me like confusion on the security guards side. I think he might've thought the vocalist was actually a fan that had got on the stage and was trying to knock his hat off or something.
I adore your style! You’re doing an excellent job.
I think I’ve watched them 2 times already here in my home town and I’m glad I’ve never seen the venue discriminating against any fans or the artists themselves. It’s always a blast to see them live but it’s sad to see that this happen with other venues that don’t have proper security
That was so dangerous by the security guard.
Keep it up! Your vibe is fantastic!
What's wild is I just saw these guys in Chicago when they opened up for Dayseeker
The fact that as a security guard youre letting fans hit the ground hard, you need to find a different line of work, do your fuckin job
So you've never had an accident at your job before? You're perfect and have never messed up ever in your life before?
Knocking someone's hat off doesn't exactly look like he's trying to high five a fan. That was very intentional. Also to the crowdsurfer stating the security guard didn't try to catch him, you can clearly see the security guard reaching out his hands to grab him from the audience, but he probably just failed in pulling him down and accidentally dropped him. Shit happens. If you dont wanna sprain your ankle, dont go crowdsurfing. Put the thing in slow motion and its easy to see
Lochie was put of place here and never should have put his hands on the security guard in the first place
F**K that “security” guard. i’ve been to so many shows and i have NEVER seen mistreatment of an audience member or an artist like this. pulling the equipment is also highly dangerous, like, bodily harm, potential fire risk, financial loss, even. if anything, audience members get huffy at security for not letting them even mosh a little or get close to barricades. shoutout alpha wolf, i hope that the person who fell is okay and won’t be fearful of going to shows in the future, and that “investigative leave” is gd permanent. don’t work with people, especially when you’re meant to keep them safe, if you don’t like people.
jesus... talk about an immature reaction. why is it always these big dudes being the most sensitive
I guess the security guy showed the singer guy who the head wolf really IS!!!!😂. Yoink…. Yer gone , son.
@@semmcstevenson nah all he did is show everyone he has a fragile ego 😭
@@Caleb_Staley Idk fellow Caleb. If someone ripped my hat off, I probably wouldn't ask politely for it back haha. How a dude chooses to react to that kinda thing is on them and if they choose to bring it up a notch...can't say that I would blame them honestly. It's like if someone pokes you in the chest...No real harm done there, but when you do that you fully accept the potential following consequences.
"Maybe shaking hands with some fans"
No he was not.
I was at a show where security straight up speared a guy from the stage as he was mid air. Opened the doors and tossed him out on the steps.
The security guy then grabs the singer and pulls him down. The singer throws the hat as the security guy pulls him.
We gonna gloss over the clear footage of him grabbing dudes hat off his head? Can’t really hear the excuse of him trying to get his attention and taking his hat. Not how this works.
He wasn't reaching out to shake hands. He took the guys hat off and the guy went mental.
Must've been an off duty cop moonlighting as a security guard. He looked way too comfortable, snatching him off the stage like that, almost like he does that sort of thing on the daily. 😂
Doubt that. But the whole situation is sad and not cool
If the singer don't win, we all jump in!
Dont be a security gaurd if not ready to catch peep
Security could have broken his leg grabbing him down like that! That’s a damn shame.

You smell like cheese
Dude you nailed it on the spot
Dude, just wrote a book…
security would have an interesting walk back to the car after pulling that around here lol
You people are ridiculous seriously someone accidentally got dropped crowd surfing that doesn’t give the vocalist the right to snatch him and knock his hat off. He wanted to throw hands first he got dealt accordingly.
Dude seeing Sabian chunk his guitar like that is insane
Falling from a stage can has severe consequences. Zappa got super messed up being pulled off.
Investigative leave???? How about FIRED. Sounds like security guard has anger issues and lacks self control. Never snatch a band member off stage in the middle of a performance wtf
NOW PAY THAT LEAD SINGER 10X HIS NIGHTLY EARNINGS!
Maybe im getting old but ive never heard if any if these bands on the bill and that looks like a decent sized venue.
Not the first, and definitely not the last when this guy have problems with venue employees.
Please do a segment on Jon Schaffer. The crap that guy went through, and the way some people in the industry threw him under the bus was unbelievable.
I think anyone with a pair of eyes can see that he hit the security on the head first.
Someones getting fired and sued, probably can see a contract being lost. The security at my favourite venue are great, the help out with the crowd surfers, make sure people land safe.
“Rent-a-cops?!”
“I hate rent-a-cops too!”
That was second time in 5 mins that same crowdsurfer was taken down...didnt mention that!!
where was the rest of the band if that was my singer I'm rioting
well looks like the security guard might have ate a guitar or two anyways lol
I’m an alpha wolf fan and while the security did the wrong thing they should’ve called it out in a more appropriate way instead of trying to act like tough bois. Why would you risk your visa like that.
3:45 lol “security didn’t even try and catch me” Poor Andrew.
In the first place, why did he slap security guard on the head?
3:42
from what i read online he got mad security didn't catch a crowd surfer. not sure if it's securities job to catch people. thought their main job was protecting the band.
@@EmberMcLain87 its absolutely their job
@@EmberMcLain87it's their job. From all the shows I went, security handles the crowd surfing. It's also security's job to protect everyone, including the bands.
Took his beanie cause he’s not doing his job lol
I think the guitarist actually smacked the guard with his guitar 😂
IDK why he did it but he did slap even if lightly the security on the head after trying to shake the fans hand. My guess is the security was keeping the fan away from him so he gentle slapped him on the head
Imagine getting smashed by the band and still receiving a lawsuit 😂 security was dumb for this.
That was vicious and the band should definitely sue the security guard and possibly the venue.
homie sure learned the lesson after getting smacked in the head with a bass ☠
That’s an assault. He should sue them
Idk how that would go considering the singer reached down at security first and grabbed his hat/probably smacked his head. Like it or not, that in itself would be considered assault so it wouldn't be the best move to push this into a court room since they would look at the vocalist as the initial aggressor.
@ i didnt know he did that
Trivium been in this situation too, the security don’t do his job the crowd fall with his head first, Matt Heafy very angry and jump trying to catch the crowd
same exact thing happened earlier this year in feb at the eatons hill hotel in brisbane, like exactly the same
Maybe grabbing the security guard's beanie wasn't the wisest move but I think it was justified in light of what happened with the dropped crowd surfer.
Where was the show?
@ the warfield in San Francisco
I was there, but was in the back and couldn’t see what happened. Thanks for the info! Kind of sucks because this will probably leave a bad impression of the Bay Area on them. I hope they come back and give us a second chance at one of our better venues.
Question. You were at the show. Did the venue have a rule of no crowd surfing at that show? If you have limited security crowd surfing can lead to serious injury or death so sometimes they jus say not to do it.
Where was this?
Lead singer was in the wrong. Security shouldn't intentionally drop people but it does happen. LS attacked security and found out what happens haha.
I’m lucky that I’ve never experienced that before
I mean, the singer wasn't reaching out to shake hands with fans, he clearly ripped off the security guards hat. Not saying the response was the correct one, but the singer clearly touched the security guard first.
The security are supposed to catch crowd surfers when they get over the barricade, if the guy Isint even wanting to try to catch surfers then he needs to not be a concert security guard at all..
I like when bros are ready to defend their bro. Guitars become axes instantly.
Looks like the singer grabbed the security’s head
