    Lame episode. Styrofoam isn’t always made in blocks, then cut. They often expand them in a form to manufacture complex shapes without any cutting.

      There are EPS shape molding machine and EPS block molding machine.
      You will need a molding tool for shape molding machine.
      Block molding would need some hot wire cutting instead.
